“One
of the things that boggles my mind looking at the
reality that has forced itself upon us is that people still refer to the system
in terms of “politics” and “politicians.” The people who have settled
themselves uncomfortably into the U.S. administration (and behind the scenes
into arguably all of the Western world’s administrations) are not politicians –
they are corporate representatives with deep ties not to the public interest,
but to the interest of the money systems that actually run the world. Somehow,
Trump’s supporters think they have elected a right-wing cowboy, a man with no
ties to the New World Order; they’ve been fooled into thinking he is some kind
of conservative grassroots activist. In reality, he is the epitome of ruthless
capitalism (not to be confused with a “free market”), a man who has committed
white collar crime with impunity for decades, who has made shitloads of money
off the backs of his own supporters, while ensuring that their rights to life
and liberty are kept in check in order to grow his own bottom line. Once again,
the brilliant BBC documentarist Adam Curtis has laid
out the entire story behind the surreality we see all
around us today in his 2016 film HyperNormalization.
Curtis doesn’t let any of us feel smug in our “correct” worldview – he places
some of the blame on the insular culture and disillusioned apathy that took
over an underground that used to have an element of activism. It’s a terrifying
thing to watch, but at the same time it makes some sense of all this nonsensical
bullshit. Not sure whether I feel depressed or inspired after
watching this; maybe both.”

Subject: Corporate Capitalism as Judge, Jury and
Executioner.
Dear Colleagues and Friends of CEIMSA,
As we are heading toward Halloween this year, competition
for the grotesque has begun earlier than usual. By many accounts we are on the verge
of a Third World War, with vast civilian populations targeted for destruction.
No nightmare Halloween scenario could compete with this one.
This week as we peruse the critical Anglophone
social media, we encounter many doomsday accounts of 4-profit enterprises
securing their corporate control over private institutions, entire governments,
and over general populations in a concerted effort to pursue their agenda of
absolute control over a diminished world population. This hierarchical power
fantasy can only end with social catastrophe if it is allowed to continue. The
technology is in place to attempt to realize this mega-maniacal desire for total
control of society, sans compassion.
The popular call from a variety of venues, and in many
different voices, is the same: “Wake up and declare your true interests, your authentic
desires, your natural intelligence to emancipate
yourself from these elitist fantasies which spell your demise.”
In a word, the message coming from the 22+ items
in the selections below is: “Find the courage to RESIST and take collective control
over your life (out of the hands of the self-appointed power elitists)!”
Before a solution can be found, the nature of the
problem must be understood. These conversations are steps in that direction. .

Part II: Are the Military-Industrial Complex and Deep State Driving Us to War?”

Why is the U.S. refusing to call a
halt to the Ukraine madness? Why can’t an era of “Peaceful Coexistence” in
Europe and the world be declared or at least sought? How about détente with
Russia? With Russia and China? What is wrong with
that?
We’ll
start peeling the onion by looking at the U.S. military-industrial complex. Of
course, President Eisenhower warned us against the MIC over 60 years ago in his
“Farewell Address” of January 20, 1961. Among other remarks he said:
“In the
councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted
influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The
potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.”
Today
about 2.1 million people are employed by the defense industry. According to Acara Solutions, a major MIC recruiting firm, their average
annual salary is $106,700, 40 percent higher than the national average. The
companies they work for produced revenues in 2022 of $741 billion. How much of
their production is high-priced junk, no one knows.
The performance of U.S.-produced armaments in the Ukraine conflict does not
seem impressive. No modern U.S. weapons have ever been tested in an
industrial-type war against an equal adversary.
The MIC
also includes active-duty uniformed personnel of 1.37 million and reserves of
849,000. There are 750 U.S. military bases in more than 80 countries outside of the U.S. More than 100,000 U.S. military personnel are
stationed in Europe. Annual salary and benefits of the military are currently
$146 billion per year, escalating with COLAs compounded at two to three percent
annually, sometimes more. Some former U.S. military personnel are assumed to be
fighting in Ukraine as mercenaries or helping direct the fighting from safe locations like Kiev or
Lvov.
Then there
are the civilian employees. According to the DoD, it employs more than 700,000 civilians “in an
array of critical positions worldwide,” with compensation totaling about $70
billion. According to the Government Accountability Office, we may also add
560,000 contractor employees, whose compensation is typically higher than the
career workforce.
We can
also add hundreds of thousands of executives, managers, employees and
contractors of the three-letter Deep State agencies, such as the CIA, NSA, DEA,
FBI, and now DHS, etc., who interface with the MIC day in and day out and are
part of the same fabric of state-sanctioned force and enemy identification and
interdiction.
Added to
the above are members of Congress who vote on military budgets and make the
laws that protect the MIC from accountability, lobbyists who pressure those
members to cast votes favorable to their MIC clients, private sector financial
service employees who handle the retirement accounts of the MIC multitude,
foreigners who are employed at overseas bases, and various scoundrels and
hangers-on. I would include in the latter category the multitude of MIC
cheerleaders from Hollywood who produce trashy spectacles like Top Gun.
On top of
everything else, there are millions of retirees drawing annuities in excess of
what most working-class Americans earn, many of these retirees
double- or triple-dipping with lucrative jobs in business or government.
Each of
the above individuals supports multiple family members, workers, and vendors
within the civilian economy who, with the ripple effect and velocity of money,
keep entire towns, cities, states, regions, and industries afloat. An example
is building the F-35 that has workers assembling it in 350 congressional
districts. It is probably no exaggeration to say that given the vast exiting of
civilian U.S. factories and jobs over the last half-century to cheap-labor
countries abroad, the MIC is probably the principal economic engine of the U.S.
as a whole.
So are we
going to tell what adds up to tens of millions of people, sorry, your services
are no longer needed? Good luck with that. And isn’t it obvious that all these
people, especially the higher echelons, are going to do everything within their
power to persuade us that their jobs are so essential that without them we will
shortly be overwhelmed and eaten alive by every “enemy” on the planet?
If you
doubt what I am saying, ask any retired colonel or general who has hired
himself out as a talking head to CNN or MSNBC. It’s also why DoD has formally declared Russia
and China our two “adversaries,” because, after all, you have to point the
finger at someone and blame them for your own dysfunctional society.
But as I
witnessed personally in my NASA days, many MIC personnel never do a lick of
honest work, or are mainly occupied with paper shuffling or other busywork,
especially with work-at-home now the vogue, with many spending their days
surfing the internet, or worse, while drawing a level of pay that puts most
civilian workers in the shade. . . . .

The Globalization of War. America’s Long War against Humanity
1. The US has embarked on a military adventure, “a
long war”, which threatens the future of humanity. US-NATO weapons of mass
destruction are portrayed as instruments of peace.
2. Major
military and covert intelligence operations are being undertaken simultaneously
in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, Central Asia and the
Far East. The
US military agenda combines both major theater operations as well as covert
actions geared towards destabilizing sovereign states.
3. “[The] Five-year campaign plan [includes]… a
total of seven countries, beginning with Iraq, then Syria, Lebanon, Libya,
Iran, Somalia and Sudan.” General Wesley Clark in “Winning Modern
Wars” (page 130)
4. In 2005, former Vice President Dick Cheney
hinted, in no uncertain terms, that Iran was “right at the top of the list” of
the “rogue enemies” of America, and that Israel
would, so to speak, “be doing the bombing for us without being asked”, i.e
without US military involvement and without us putting pressure on them “to do
it”. This foreign policy stance still prevails under Obama.
5. The “war on terrorism” is a war of conquest. Globalization
is the final march to the “New World Order”, dominated by Wall Street and the
U.S. military-industrial complex.
6. September
11, 2001 provides a justification for waging a war without borders. Washington’s
agenda consists in extending the frontiers of the American Empire to
facilitate complete U.S. corporate control, while installing within America the
institutions of the Homeland Security State.
7“The forbidden truth” is that
Western governments including US, UK, France, NATO and Israel –while waging a
self-proclaimed “Global War on Terrorism”– routinely provide covert support to
the same terrorist entities which are the object of their “humanitarian wars”
and “counter-terrorism operations”.
War
and the Economic Crisis
8. In all major regions of the world, the economic
recession is deep-seated, resulting in mass unemployment, the collapse of state
social programs and the impoverishment of millions of people.
9. The
economic crisis is accompanied by a worldwide process of militarization, a “war without borders” led by
the United States of America and its NATO allies. The conduct of the Pentagon’s
“long war” is intimately related to the restructuring of the global economy.
10. “The
Pentagon’s ‘black’ operations, including the intelligence budgets nested inside
it, are roughly equal in magnitude to the entire defense budgets of the UK,
France or Japan, and ten percent of the total.” (Tom Burghardt)
11. An outright “economic war” resulting in unemployment,
poverty and disease is carried out through the free market. People’s
lives are in a freefall and their purchasing power is destroyed. In a very real sense, the
last twenty years of global “free market” economy have resulted, through
poverty and social destitution, in destroying the lives of millions of people.
12. Vast
amounts of money wealth are acquired through market manipulation. Often referred to as
“deregulation”, the financial apparatus has developed sophisticated instruments
of outright manipulation and deceit.
13. With inside information and foreknowledge, major
financial actors, using the instruments of speculative trade, have the ability
to fiddle and rig market movements to their advantage, precipitate the collapse
of a competitor and wreck havoc in the economies of developing countries.
14. What is at stake is a process of
“financial cleansing” whereby the “too big to fail banks” in Europe and North
America (e.g. Citi, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, et
al ) displace and destroy lesser financial institutions, with a view to
eventually taking over the entire “banking landscape”.
15. The underlying tendency at the national and
global levels is towards the centralization and concentration of bank power,
while leading to the dramatic slump of the real economy.
Greece:
Austerity Measures
16. The creditors will use Greece’s multibillion
debt obligations as means to impose deadly
macro-economic reforms which will serve to destabilize the national economy and
further impoverish the population. These are referred to by the IMF as “policy conditionalities’, which enable the creditors to
essentially dictate economic and social policy.
17. The creditors are largely interested in
acquiring real wealth within the national economy, namely the acquisition of
Greece’s national banking institutions, its public enterprises, its
agricultural land, etc.

opinion that the U.S. needs to stop fueling this war. We condemn the illegal
Russian invasion but we believe that this conflict has no military solution,

initiative “entirely my own.”

The Canadian government turned what should have been an
ordinary photo opportunity with Ukraine's president into a political
debacle when a Ukrainian Nazi collaborator was honored in parliament. Now
Canada's history of admitting Ukrainian SS volunteers is facing new scrutiny as
Russia gains the upper hand in the proxy war with the west.
There is
something especially satisfying when one’s opponents help make a case for
something they have denied. Recently the Canadian government did just that. Their
effort to prop up the failing Ukraine proxy war instead exposed that country’s
Nazi past and present.
Ukraine
has been a divided nation ever since its founding as a
state after World War I. Its population is divided by language with Ukrainian
and Russian speakers, with some favoring its status as a Soviet republic while
others were vehemently opposed. So strong was that faction that there were many
Ukrainians who actively collaborated with German occupation forces during World
War II.
That
history is well documented and is only denied by rank political cynicism which
seeks to justify a proxy war which is trending in Russia’s favor.
Unfortunately the U.S. and its happy vassal allies, like Canada, are trying to
keep up the charade as long as possible, no matter the cost to the people they
claim to be helping.
Ukrainian
president Volodomyr Zelensky’s
recent visits to the U.S. and Canada were replete with calls to never give up
and to defeat Vladimir Putin and to give Ukraine an endless supply of weapons and
money. The Canadians were so eager to impress that they revealed a truth they
had been denying.
It should
have been enough to have Zelensky address their
parliament, but they couldn’t leave well enough alone. They somehow felt
compelled to add a special guest, 98-year old Yaroslav
Hunka, who was introduced as “...a Ukrainian Canadian
war veteran from the Second World War who fought for Ukrainian independence
against the Russians…”

a Nazi military branch responsible for the murder of Jews and others,” the
Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center said in a statement while demanding an
apology earlier Sunday.
“An
explanation must be provided as to how this individual entered the hallowed
halls of Canadian Parliament and received recognition from the Speaker of the
House and a standing ovation,” the group added.

Bragoni, a US army veteran who served in
Iraq and Afghanistan, is standing by his company’s stall in London at the Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI). This
biannual arms fair is the jewel in the crown of the global weapons industry.
“Everyone’s
well aware that the US military has been donating [to Ukraine] a lot of product
that was in stock,” he observes. “And so we’re seeing the second order effect
where these purchases – as the US emptied out their inventory – they’re
re-buying”.
EBAD is
based in the US state of Connecticut. Bragoni is the
director of their group which is focused on delivering products to “warfighters around the world”. These range from missile
parts down to explosives for clearing minefields, which are now being sent to

Jens Stoltenberg declared on Sunday that in spite of wanting “quick peace,” the
West should prepare for “a long war.” The West has conceded that Ukraine’s
offensive against Russia is not likely to succeed.
That means
more war propaganda will be administered and more money and equipment will be
sent to Ukraine. The rulers are going to tell us that this will quicken the
pace of the war, but we know by now it won’t. It’ll only prolong it and make
the outcomes for those in Ukraine and Russia much worse.
Stoltenberg Outlines Two Basic Requirements
for Ukraine’s Membership in NATO
According to a
report by RT, while Stoltenberg insisted that he still supports President Vladimir Zelensky’s goal of a military victory over Russia, he
says it’ll be long and drawn out.
“Most wars
last longer than expected when they first begin,” Stoltenberg said in an
interview with Germany’s Funke media
group. “Therefore we must prepare ourselves for a long war in Ukraine.”
“We are
all wishing for a quick peace,” Stoltenberg said. “But at the same
time, we must recognize: if President Zelensky and
the Ukrainians stop fighting, their country will no
longer exist. If President Putin and Russia lay down their weapons, we will
have peace.”

Artificial Intelligence (AI)
presents a profit opportunity for capitalists, but it presents a crucial choice
for the working class. Because the working class is the majority, that crucial
choice confronts society as a whole. It is the same profit opportunity/social
choice that was presented by the introduction of robotics, computers, and
indeed by most technological advances throughout capitalism’s history. In
capitalism, employers decide when, where, and how to install new technologies;
employees do not. Employers’ decisions are driven chiefly by whether and how
new technologies affect their profits.
If new
technologies enable employers to profitably replace paid workers with machines,
they will implement the change. Employers have little or no responsibility to
the displaced workers, their families, neighborhoods, communities, or
governments for the many consequences of jobs lost. If the cost to society of
joblessness is 100 whereas the gain to employers’ profits is 50, the new
technology is implemented. Because the employers’ gain governs the decision,
the new technology is introduced, no matter how small that gain is relative to
society’s loss. That is how capitalism has always functioned.
A simple
arithmetic example can illustrate the key point. Suppose AI doubles some employees’
productivity. During the same work time, they produce twice as much as before
the use of AI. Employers who use AI will then fire half of their employees.
Such employers will then receive the same output from the remaining 50 percent
of their employees as before the introduction of AI. To keep our example
simple, let’s assume those employers then sell that same output for the same
price as before. Their resulting revenues will then likewise be the same. The
use of AI will save the employers 50 percent of their former total wage bills
(less the cost of implementing AI) and those savings will be kept by employers
as added profit for them. That added profit was an effective incentive for the
employer to implement AI.
If we
imagine for a moment that the employees had the power that capitalism confers
exclusively on employers, they would choose to use AI in an altogether
different way. They would use AI, fire no one, but instead cut all employees’
working days by 50 percent while keeping their wages the same. Once again
keeping our example simple, this would result in the same output as before the
use of AI, and the same price for the goods or services and revenue inflow
would follow. The profit margin would remain the same after the use of AI as
before (minus the cost of implementing the technology). The 50 percent of
employees’ previous workdays that are now available for their leisure would be
the benefit they accrue. That leisure—freedom from work—is their incentive to
use AI differently from how employers did.
One way of
using AI yields added profits for a few, while the other way yields added
leisure/freedom to many. Capitalism rewards and thus encourages the employers’
way. Democracy points the other way. The technology itself is ambivalent. It
can be used either way.

Americans have repeatedly been told to keep the United States safe they
must surrender their core civil liberties to a vast national security
apparatus. Yet when this apparatus fails at this supposed objective, the
response is to further expand its surveillance powers.
Rarely is the exercise of these powers seriously explored. Instead, the
national discussion centers on a baseless notion that a shortage of
surveillance powers is the root cause of intelligence failures.
Before
9/11: The FBI’s Counter-Terrorism Program and the Surveillance of Dissent
Last week, in a post for The Dissenter’s paid subscribers, I discussed FBI
counterterrorism files I obtained from a still ongoing lawsuit against the FBI.
The lawsuit is the outgrowth of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests I
filed while researching my forthcoming book.
The files concern the FBI’s response to protests at the 1999 World Trade
Organization meeting, the 2001 Summit of the Americas, and World Bank and
International Monetary Fund meetings between 1998 to 2006.
While they don’t touch the FBI’s pre-9/11 intelligence failures, by
revealing the FBI’s pre-9/11 counter-terrorism priorities they illuminate that
subject. They show that during the three years before 9/11, continuing right up
to the attacks, the FBI engaged in sweeping and intrusive intelligence
gathering against organizers and potential protesters of international
financial ministerial conferences.
This was justified explicitly under the guise of counter-terrorism, and the documents likely represent the tip of the
iceberg.
Many readers are familiar with the debates about how post-9/11
counter-terrorism policies facilitated the surveillance of dissent. But
throughout the 1980s and 1990s, civil libertarians repeatedly documented how
the threat of terrorism was used to monitor First Amendment-protected speech.
The early years of President Ronald Reagan were rife with accusations in
publications like The Nation, Public
Eye, and Covert Action Quarterly that McCarthyism had returned in the form of
anti-terror policy.

2000s, we know that in the 1990s the FBI relentlessly pursued animal rights and

passed anonymously to MintPress News reveal the National Endowment
for Democracy (NED), a notorious CIA front, is laying the foundations for a
color revolution in Indonesia.
In
February 2024, citizens will elect their President, Vice President, and both
legislative chambers. Current maverick leader Joko Widodo, widely beloved by Indonesians, is ineligible for a
third term, and NED is preparing to seize power in the wake of his departure.
This operation is conducted despite the leaks indicating Jakarta’s foremost
intelligence agency has expressly warned U.S. officials to stay put.
The paper
trail is a stunning insight into how NED operates behind the scenes, from which
obvious inferences can be drawn about its activities elsewhere, past and
present. By the organization’s own reckoning, it operates in over 100
countries and disperses in excess of 2,000 grants every year. In Indonesia,
these sums have helped extend the Endowment’s tendrils into various NGOs, civil
society groups, and, most crucially, political parties and candidates across
the ideological spectrum.
This broad
spread bet goes some way to ensuring U.S. assets, one way or another, will
emerge victorious next February. However, a veritable army of NED operatives on
the ground is also primed to challenge, if not overturn, the results should the
wrong people win. Personal grants – in other words, bribes – from the Endowment
have already secretly been distributed to Indonesians for staging
anti-government protests.
What
skullduggery NED has in store for election day isn’t
certain, although sparks are assured to fly. At the very least, these documents
amply reinforce what Endowment cofounder Allen Weinstein openly admitted in 1991:

“Penetration of Defenses”
Of the
many medical research facilities abused by the CIA for the purposes of MKULTRA,
Allan Memorial Institute, a psychiatric hospital in Montreal, Quebec, looms
perhaps the largest and most darkly.
It was
here that from 1957-1964, the Agency secretly operated the program’s “Subproject
68” under the leadership of notorious psychiatrist Ewen
Cameron, the Institute’s founder. Cameron sought to “depattern”
minds via a technique known as “psychic driving.” It entailed drugging unconsenting, unwitting patients with incapacitating
cocktails of psychedelic substances, then subjecting them to electric shocks
while they listened to hours of recorded, looped audio.
Cameron
hoped to render his subjects’ minds a blank slate onto which new behaviors,
thoughts, memories, and personalities could be surreptitiously imposed from the
outside. It also served the purpose of interrogation. In a 1958 edition of the
journal “Psychoanalytic Quarterly,” he boasted this technique could be used for “penetration of defenses, elicitation
of hitherto inaccessible material […] changing of attitudes and setting up a
dynamic implant.”
A Disturbing Nexus: The Rockefeller

forward to 1966, when then-New York Governor Nelson Rockefeller, whose family
foundation played a central
role in the establishment of Cameron’s

What is the Infamous Agenda ID2020?
Behind its development is
the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation – with support of the Rockefeller
Foundation – and others belonging to the sinister all-digitization,
depopulation and eugenics agenda.
It is an alliance of public-private partners,

It’s an electronic ID-program that uses
generalized vaccination against Covid-19 as a platform for digital identity.

ID2020. The idea was rejected with a margin of 2:1 in July 2021.
What will
happen next? – Will the Swiss Government respect the vote of the people, or
following the mandate from the Deep Dark State above?
Germany,
Austria and France – and probably others, implemented ID2020 through Parliament
or by decree – most people have no idea.

World War III Scenario
In the
meantime, we live literally in a WWIII scenario, where countries’
Constitutions are either outlawed, or simply overrun by dictatorial measures
that advance so fast that civil movements are in many cases too late to
intervene – simply because civil society – even the alert ones – haven’t

silently.
Either by
decree, or by coopted and / or coerced Parliaments. A

The Rockefeller-Gates Funded WHO
Sponsored Vaxx-Certificate Passport
The Gates
and Rockefeller Foundations are financing WHO’s guidelines for a digital international
Vaccination Certificate, also
called “Vaccination Passport”.
In the
context of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19)
pandemic, the concept of Digital Documentation of COVID-19 Certificates (DDCC) is
proposed as a mechanism by which a person’s COVID-19-related health data can
be digitally documented via an electronic certificate.
A digital
vaccination certificate that documents a person’s current vaccination status to
protect against COVID-19 can then be used for continuity of care or as proof
of vaccination for purposes other than health care. The resulting artefact of this approach is referred to as the Digital
Documentation of COVID-19 Certificates: Vaccination Status (DDCC:VS). (WHO, Executive Summary, emphasis added)
Surprisingly
or perhaps not so surprisingly, the international “Vaxx-certificate
/ passport” is not funded by WHO’s member
countries, as one might expect, but by Gates and Rockefeller. That’s
significant.
WHO has
published and distributed to all member countries on 27 August 2021 the
guidelines for the introduction of an international digital “Vaccination Certificate / Passport”
– as well as Implementation Guidelines.
Joe Biden’s All-Vaxx
Mandate
As an
apparent consequence, the Biden Administration issued an all-vaxx mandate – requesting all enterprises with 100 or
more employees, to demand tat their employees be
vaccinated, or else. For non-compliance, huge fines are threatened. The same for the two million-plus government employees.
In total, some 100 million Americans are affected by this draconian mandate.
Biden follows the orders of Rockefeller et al.
This
requirement will apply to over 80 million workers in private sector
businesses, the White House said. …

The MRC
Centre for Global Infectious Disease Analysis (MRC GIDA) at the Imperial
College of London is a "WHO Collaborating Centre for infectious disease modelling." This is the organization supporting the
modeler Dr. Neil Fergusen. He is the one that
published the apocalyptic prediction of a case fatality rate of 3.4% for COVID
in 2020 - which governments across the world used to justify lockdowns. This
modeling was faulty - more than that, it was irresponsible and it resulted in
great world harm to publish such a demonstrably false number.
The lockdowns "have contributed
to reducing economic activity, raising unemployment, reducing schooling,
causing political unrest, contributing to domestic violence, and undermining
liberal democracy,”

The
Imperial College report was also the basis for much of the modeling used by
COVID Act Now (a non-profit run by Democratic activists) that local and state officials in the U.S also relied on. This then led
to “shelter-in-place” mandates (madness). COVID Act Now has is an online
mapping tool that generates models predicting coronavirus
hospitalizations, which have also already proved to be wildly inaccurate.

The US has created a permanent new pandemic agency called
the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy in anticipation of

a retired Air Force general to take charge of spearheading the project.
Office of
Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy
On Friday,
the White House made an official announcement regarding the establishment of
the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy (OPPR). This newly
formed agency will have the important responsibility of formulating strategies
to address public health crises, coordinating scientific research and medical
initiatives to combat pandemics, and ensuring regular reporting to Congress on
its activities.
According
to a press release from the White House:
“This
will be a permanent office in the Executive Office of the President charged
with leading, coordinating, and implementing actions related to preparedness
for, and response to, known and unknown biological threats or pathogens.”
Major General Paul Friedrichs
The newly
established office will be led by Retired Air Force Major General Paul Friedrichs, who currently holds the position of special
assistant to President Joe Biden and serves as the Senior Director for Global
Health Security and Biodefense at the White House
National Security Council.
Before
this role, Friedrichs served as the joint staff
surgeon at the Pentagon, where he provided guidance to the military’s Covid-19
task force.
During a speech in February, Dr. Friedrichs, who had retired
from the military in June, took the opportunity to look back on his impressive
37-year career in the Air Force and offered some personal insights. He shared
that his family background was deeply connected to military service and
resilience.
His father
had served in the Navy towards the conclusion of World War II, while his mother
had a remarkable history as a Hungarian freedom fighter, whose own parents
tragically lost their lives at the hands of the Russians.
Next-Generation
Vaccines
According
to the New York Times, the Official Pandemic Preparedness and Response (OPPR) is set to be
officially established on August 7. Following its establishment, Friedrichs will initiate the process of forming a dedicated
team. His primary tasks will involve ensuring that the Strategic National
Stockpile is adequately stocked with essential medical supplies and
collaborating with Congress to secure funding for bolstering US preparedness
initiatives.
In his new
position, Dr. Friedrichs holds the authority to
supervise and manage domestic biosecurity
preparedness. A significant aspect of his role will involve spearheading the
development of next-generation vaccines for future pandemics.
Additionally,
Dr. Friedrichs will prioritize enhancing surveillance
systems to diligently monitor and detect new biological threats as they
arise.

The year
2025 seems to have a special importance for global health institutions

September 20, I wrote a post highlighting a video by one Jason Shurka, warning that a 5G signal could be broadcast worldwide on October 4 (or, failing that,
October 11), with what may well be an apocalyptic purpose.
After I
wrote that post, and as I was about to put it up, I
found that Shurka’s video had been “removed by the uploader”; and so I figured that the video was wrong, or
fake, or otherwise mistaken, so I let it go….
But Greg
Reese has just revisited the issue, and so compellingly that I am moved to post
this warning after all. His case is strengthened by Todd Callender’s
elucidation of precisely what that 5G signal would let loose inside the bodies
of the “vaccinated”—i.e., the Marburg virus, among other pathogens, in order to
bring on that “zombie apocalypse” which has been cinematically foretold for

them, in their hindsight, only go so far. In fact, they fall far short of an
appreciation that the whole phoney covid pandemic was an ‘operation’ perpetrated upon the
globe by a powerful faction that sought not only to enrich their already rich
selves but to enslave us and, with their bioweapons, to kill and maim.

just a matter of Pfizer, Moderna and Astrazeneca licking their chops at the opportunity to make

officials erred on the side of ‘vaccinating’ everyone who breathed as a

destructive and centrally planned.

conspiracy, not just organic goosestepping and Sierpinski triangles. It was a bunch of high-placed people

If physical violence is to be used only as a final resort, a
dominant class must seek to gain people’s consent if it is to govern and
control a population. It must attempt to legitimize its position in the eyes of
the ruled over by achieving a kind of ‘consented coercion’ that disguises the

one of the most basic and arguably effective forms of control is eugenics/

Millionaire
US media baron Ted Turner believes a global population of two billion would be ideal, and billionaire Bill Gates has pledged
hundreds of millions of dollars to improve access to contraception in the
Global South.
Gates has
also purchased shares in Monsanto valued at more than $23 million at the time
of purchase. His agenda is to help Monsanto get their genetically modified
organisms (GMOs) into Africa on a grand scale. In 2001, Monsanto and
Du Pont bought a small biotech company called Epicyte
that had created a gene that basically makes the male sperm sterile and the
female egg unreceptive.

Gates’ father has long been involved with Planned Parenthood:

dad was head of Planned Parenthood. And it was very controversial to be
involved with that.”

Each morning I do a quick scan of the headlines coming over

In that
light, last Friday was particularly bad and I had what I have come to call a Gadarene Swine moment. For those unfamiliar with the New
Testament tale, which comes from the Gospel of Mark, it tells how Jesus encountered a madman during his Galilean ministry
who was infested with demons. The man sought help to be cured of his
infestation and Jesus obliged him, commanding “Come out of the man, you unclean
spirit!”, before confronting the unleashed demon and
asking “’What is your name?’ He answered, ‘My name is Legion. For we are many.’ And he begged Him repeatedly not to send
them away out of the country. Now there was a great herd of swine feeding near
the mountains. All the demons pleaded with Him, asking, ‘Send us to the swine,
so that we may enter them.’ At once, Jesus gave them leave. Then the unclean
spirits came out and entered the swine. And the herd,
numbering about two thousand, ran wildly down a steep hill into the sea and
were drowned in the sea.”
My first
thought was inevitably deep sympathy over what was done to the poor pigs, but
that was quickly replaced by bottomless depression induced by the articles that
I had just read in the Times that
morning. Yes, we Americans have become the Gadarene
Swine and are plummeting to our deaths as a people, driven by demons released
by the folks that we have unfortunately come to accept as “our leaders.” The
three pieces in question were two “opinions,” one by the inevitable Tom Friedman entitled “A Trip to
Ukraine Clarified the Stakes. And They’re Huge”
and the other a featured piece written by the newspaper editorial board entitled “How to Support Ukraine Beyond the Next
Election.” The third article was a news report entitled “As President, Biden
Sees Broader War Powers Than He Did as Senator: The president says he can
direct limited military operations without lawmakers’ approval.”

he claimed that workers have become “arrogant” and as a result need to
experience rates of unemployment as high as 40 percent and feel “pain in the
economy.”
“We need
to remind people that they work for the employer, not the other way around,” Gurner said.
“People
decided they didn’t really want to work so much anymore through Covid, and that has had a massive issue on productivity,”

to be determined by a supranational ‘stakeholder’ elite with ordinary people
sidelined in the process. An undemocratic agenda designed to place
restrictions on individual liberty, marking a dramatic shift towards
authoritarianism.
In the
1980s, to help legitimise the deregulation-privatisation neoliberal globalisation
agenda, government and media instigated an ideological onslaught, driving home
the primacy of ‘free enterprise’, individual rights and responsibility and emphasising a shift away from the role of the state, trade
unions and the collective in society.
We are
currently seeing another ideological shift:
Individual
rights and freedoms are said to undermine the wider needs of society and the
planet – in a stark turnaround – personal freedom is now said to pose a threat
to national security, public health or the climate.
As in the
1980s, this messaging is being driven by an economic impulse. This time, the collapsing neoliberal project.
In the
UK, poverty is
increasing in two-thirds of
communities, food banks are now a necessary part of life for millions of people and living standards are plummeting. Indeed, the poorest families are enduring a
‘frightening’ collapse in living standards, resulting in life-changing and life-limiting poverty).
In the US,
around 30 million low-income people are on the edge of a ‘hunger cliff’ as a portion
of their federal food assistance is taken away.
In 2021,
it was estimated that one in eight children were going hungry in the US. Small businesses
are filing for bankruptcy in the US at a record rate.
The Bank
of England’s chief economist, Huw
Pill, says that people should ‘accept’ being poorer. This is similar to the response
of Rob Kapito, co-founder of the world’s biggest asset management firm, BlackRock. In 2022, the unimaginably rich and entitled Kapito said that a “very entitled” generation of (ordinary
working) people who have never had to sacrifice would soon have to face
shortages for the first time in their lives.
While
business as usual prevails in Kapito’s world of
privilege and that of major arms, energy, pharmaceuticals and food companies, whose megarich owners continue
to rake in massive profits, Kapito and Pill tell
ordinary people to get used to poverty and the ‘new normal’ as if we are ‘all
in it together’ – billionaires and working class alike. They conveniently use
COVID and the situation in Ukraine as cover for the collapsing neoliberalism.
But this
is part of the hegemonic agenda that seeks to ensure that the establishment’s
world view is the accepted cultural norm. And anyone who challenges this world view – whether it involves, for
instance, questioning climate alarmism, the ‘new normal’, the nature of the
economic crisis, the mainstream COVID narrative or the official stance on
Ukraine and Russia – is regarded as a spreader of misinformation and the ‘enemy
within’.
Although
the term ‘enemy within’ was popularised by Margaret
Thatcher during the miners’ strike in 1984-85 to describe the striking miners,
it is a notion with which Britain’s rulers have regarded protest movements and
uprisings down the centuries. From the Peasants’ Revolt in 1381 to the Levellers and Diggers in the 17th century,
it is a concept associated with anyone or any group that challenges the
existing social order and the interests of the ruling class.
John Ball,
a radical priest, addressed the Peasants’ Revolt rebels with the following
words:
“Good
friends, matters cannot go well in England until all things be held in common;
when there shall be neither vassals nor lords; when the lords shall be no more
masters than ourselves.”
The revolt
was suppressed. John Ball was captured and hung, drawn and quartered. Part of the blood-soaked history of the British ruling class.
Of Economic Crises and Pandemics – Facebook as Fact, Government as Truth, Big Pharma as God
Later on,
the 17th-century Diggers movement wanted to create small,
egalitarian rural communities and farm on common land that had been privatised by enclosures.
The 1975
song ‘The world Turned Upside Down’ by Leon Rosselson
commemorates the Diggers. His lyrics describe the aims and plight of the
movement. In Rosselson’s words, the Diggers were
dispossessed via theft and murder but reclaimed what was theirs only to be
violently put down.
Little
surprise then that, in the 1980s, Margaret Thatcher used the state machinery to
defeat the country’s most powerful and trade union and the shock troops of the labour movement, the National Union of Mineworkers – ‘the
enemy within’. She needed to do this to open the gates for capital to profit
from the subsequent deindustrialisation of much of
the UK and the dismantling of large parts of the welfare state.
And the result?
A
hollowed-out, debt-bloated economy, the destruction of the social
fabric of entire communities and the great financial Ponzi
scheme – the ‘miracle’ of deregulated finance – that now teeters on the
brink of collapse, leading the likes of Kapito and
Pill to tell the public to get ready to become poor.
And now,
in 2023, the latest version of the ‘enemy within’ disseminates ‘misinformation’
– anything that challenges the official state-corporate narrative. So, this
time, one goal is to have a fully controlled (censored) internet.
For
instance, US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM)
recently awarded Accrete a contract for Argus
to detect disinformation threats
from social media. Argus is AI
software that analyses social media data to predict emergent
narratives and generate intelligence reports at a speed and scale
to help neutralise viral disinformation
threats.

UK Government’s Collaborating on Military Exoskeletons and Genetic Engineering.
We have to
have the courage to face our enemies. I think most readers of this article will
already know that the psychotic element of the human race which has succeeded
in establishing itself at the top of the end of the control pyramid,
will stop at nothing to get its way.
That ‘way’ is to destroy the soul of humanity and bulldoze all but the
most elementary expressions of nature.
What I have to report today escaped my attention until very recently, but
unfortunately fits the above description all too well.
On 13 May 2021 the Defence and Armed Forces Ministry (MOD) of the UK
government published a document entitled ‘Human
Augmentation – the Dawn of a New Paradigm’. That title alone sent
a shiver down my spine; but that shiver extended upon reading the first
paragraph.
“The Development, Concepts and Doctrine Centre worked in partnership with
the German Bundeswehr Office for Defence Planning to understand the future implications of human
augmentation, setting the foundation for more detailed Defence research and
development”.
Why is it that a link-up between the German Bundeswehr
and the British Ministry of Defence sent an extended shiver through my
body?

Next we learn that
“The project incorporates research from German, Swedish, Finnish and UK
Defence specialists to understand how human augmentation emerging technologies
could affect the future of society, security and Defence.”
Well, well, are we supposed to believe that these ‘defence specialists’
are coming together to make a detached survey of the state of the art
developments of human beings re-engineered to become instant battlefield
weapons?
Not likely! This is a description of a collaboration designed to work-out
the optimum potential of such cyborgian kamikaze bipedals, to be at the cutting edge of offensive
military hardware in the very near future.
We read on
“Human augmentation technologies provide a broad sense of opportunities
for today and in the future. These are mature technologies that could be
integrated today with manageable policy considerations, such as personalised
nutrition, wearables and exoskeletons.“
What in
God’s name are they talking about?
Are readers of this UK government document supposed to know what
‘personal nutrition’, ‘wearables’ and ‘exoskeletons’
actually are?
Bear in mind that this was written in the middle of the great Covid hoax. Doesn’t it ring of something equally
diabolical?
But wait, it gets worse
“There are other technologies in the future with promises of bigger
potential such as genetic engineering and brain computer interfaces.”
OK, thanks. Now you have let us into an uncloaked description of what’s
to come in a language most can understand. The weaponised
corporals in the front line of the war with…China?..Russia?
will be computer programmed Transhumans
– the jewel in the crown of Klaus Schwab’s Great Reset, Fourth
Industrial Revolution. We might have guessed.
But hey, just take a look at the next revelation
“The ethical, moral and legal implications of human augmentation are
complex and hard to foresee and regular engagement with these issues must be
thoroughly considered.”
Hard to foresee? Only if you are a deeply
psychotic, mind-blind and insentient demon disguised as a human being.
The document ends with the following statement
“Human augmentation could signal the coming of a new era of strategic
advantage with possible implications across the force development
spectrum.”
“A new era of strategic
advantage with ‘possible implications’ across the force development spectrum”. Now the shiver has reached
my heart, but I’m not letting it dwell there for more than a couple of seconds.
In fact I’m outraged by the utter obscenity of all these statements.
What kind of ‘strategic advantage’ are these technocrats talking about?
What kind of ‘possible implications’ for the ‘force development spectrum’? Possible implications?

and Shatila massacre was no accident. Nor should it
have come as a surprise to anyone. It had to have been well planned in advance
and demanded a great deal of cooperation between the forces involved.
The
logistics had to have been worked out first. Closure of the camps, providing
supplies and ammunition for the murderers, plans where to dig the mass graves
for thousands of bodies, trucks and bulldozers needed to carry the bodies and
dig the graves, the flares to light up the skies at night had to be coordinated
with the military so that the murders are not interrupted by darkness. Manpower
had to be allocated, and the political consequences needed to be considered.
This list
is not exhaustive, but it gives us an idea of the careful planning that likely
took place and, in turn, required time. It also shows that a very large number
of people had to be in on this plan, yet it was never revealed.

Wednesday, the two sides announced a ceasefire.
Israel is
expanding bilateral ties with Azerbaijan. In March, Azeri Foreign Minister, Jeyhun Bayramov,
opened Baku’s first-ever embassy in Israel.
Israel is
one of Azerbaijan’s leading arms suppliers. According to the Stockholm
International Peace Research Institute, Israel provided 69 per cent of Baku’s major arms imports in 2016-2020, accounting for 17
per cent of Israel’s arms exports over that period.
During the
2020 Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Israel stepped up its weapons shipments to
Azerbaijan, which emerged victorious in that war with Armenia.
Israel
gets benefits from its relations with Azerbaijan through its location on Iran’s
northern border and the fact that Israel buys over 30 per cent of its oil from
Baku.

In Niger
Imperialism Is No Match For the People’s Power

The people of Niger have mobilized in mass to defend their
country from U.S. and French imperialist interference.
France got the message. How could it be missed? Tens of thousands of
protesters in Niger united in their call for France to get out of their country
and stay out. To ensure there was no confusion, during one demonstration,
protesters slit the throat of a goat dressed in French colors and carried coffins
wrapped in French flags.
One protester said
, "We are ready to sacrifice
ourselves today, because we are proud. They plundered our resources and we
became aware. So they're going to get out."
France is getting out. French President Emmanuel Macron recently
announced:
"France has decided to withdraw its ambassador. In the next hours
our ambassador and several diplomats will return to France." The
French President added that his country’s military presence in Niger is ending
and that troops will be withdrawn in "the months to come."
These dramatic developments were triggered by a seizure of power by
Niger’s military on July 26th. After power was taken from Mohamed Bazoum, a puppet of France, demonstrations were staged
almost daily in the capital city of Niamey. The people not only made it
abundantly clear that they welcomed Bazoum’s
departure, but they also dared France to make good on its threat to use force
to return him to power.
The U.S. dutifully chimed in as France slung its bullying rhetoric. The
audacity of both countries was grounded in their presumption that their own
troops would not confront the dangers of an invasion because of plans to deploy
the troops of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) as a toady
proxy invading force. However, it’s easy to imagine that after observing the
determination of Niger’s people, ECOWAS might have turned to France and the
U.S. and asked: “What do you mean ‘we’ white man?”

Haiti has suffered under western occupations and
interference in its affairs. The people of that nation are struggling to break
free from that domination and can look to mass movements in Francophone Africa.
There have been nine coups in the past three years in former French
colonies in Africa– Mali, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Chad, Niger, Tunisia and
recently Gabon. Some in Francophone Africa have realized something that
Haitians once knew over 200 years ago under the leadership of Jean Jacques
Dessalines: The meddling in the affairs of an independent nation will not be
tolerated simply because the dominion of that nation is under the control of
non-white people. This is especially true of people from the global south who have been plundered by the parasitic elites of Europe
and their Western progeny since the age of Columbus.
As a Haitian, I understand the way the stench of French colonialism
lingers in its former colonies. The curse of that French language in the mind
of its former colonized makes the victims of those French dogs in love with the
idea of being accepted as a French blood sucker. And more so, there is no worse
colonized-minded Negro than a French speaking
colonized-minded Negro. Franz Fanon discussed these realities of French
colonialism in his classic work: “Black Skins White Masks”. In fact, I would
argue that what contributed to Fanon’s brilliant understanding of the horrid
nature of colonialism was his being a Black psychiatrist raised in a French
Caribbean colony. Many of his pronouncements are reminiscent of ones from one
of the greatest early Haitian polemicists on the nature of colonialism: Baron
De Vastey, the chief intellectual writer and
political consultant to King Henri Christophe of Haiti.
The Francophone Africans have realized that France and its NATO allies
are not to be trusted. Countries like Niger, which have almost no electricity,
yet provide France with mass quantities of Uranium, ensure that French
electricity is plentiful. All of Francophone Africa is trapped in the CFA Franc system which pauperizes 14 nations. These realities have caused Francophone
Africa to understand it must break from France and seek alliances with Russia
and China. Such a solution only seems radical to Westerners so steeped in
propaganda that they don’t realize the number of countries applying to join the
BRICS nations , of which
Russia and China are the dominant forces. The number of countries applying to
the BRICS has already doubled. The Global South is pivoting to the East,
including rivals Saudi Arabia and Iran. They realize they can no longer deal
with the charade of liberal democracy, pseudo-justice, and so-called “human
rights” sponsored by America and her NATO allies. For Francophone Africa,
France has been the bane of their existence. It is only the toxic enticement of
French culture paid for in colonial blood that denies many in the American
Black Diaspora to realize how racist the French are, even compared to the

Kenya's president William Ruto
talks a good game about Pan-Africanism but in his
short time in office he has become the reliable cover for U.S. imperialism.
When Kwame Nkrumah wrote in his 1965 book that
“THE neo-colonialism of today represents imperialism in its final and perhaps
its most dangerous stage,” he clearly foresaw today’s Nigeria and Kenya –
states which are in theory, independent and have all the outward trappings of
international sovereignty, but in reality, their economic systems and political
policies are directed from outside. But he may well have also foreseen the Tinubu and William Ruto’s of
2023, presidents with dubious pasts who are propped up by Europeans and held
hostage in service of foreign interests.
But if there was any doubt about the extent of the ‘danger’ Nkrumah was
referring to, it is the treachery of Kenya’s Ruto
against Africa that is making it abundantly clear. This man is perhaps the
biggest political swindle of Africa’s recent history, a neocolonial puppet
masquerading as a pan-African to advance imperial interests across Africa. How
is that so? One might have asked a year ago, but not today. It is now as clear
as day, that Ruto is so
deeply wired into the Imperial Western architecture, and is at the forefront of
advancing Western interests in Africa.

Kenya has stated it will lead a potential intervention in
Haiti backed by the US and the UN. The move is yet another attack on the
sovereignty of Haiti in service of imperialist interests and which will
plunge the country further into instability.
Haiti and Kenya have established diplomatic relations amid the looming
possibility of an intervention in the Caribbean country by a “multinational
force” supported by the US and the United Nations. As negotiations began in the
UN Security Council (UNSC) this month, Nairobi declared that it is willing to lead
the mission.
The press release shared by Haiti’s de facto Prime Minister Ariel Henry states that
the ties between Kenya and Haiti are “guided by the principles and purposes of
the Charter of the United Nations, International Law and Treaties, particularly
with regard to the promotion of international peace and security, equality
among States, national sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and
non-interference in the internal affairs of the other States…”
The pact between the two countries was signed at Kenya’s mission in New
York, US, where the 78th Session of the UN General Assembly is currently
underway.

From Niger to Haiti to Cop City in
Atlanta, Defeat the War Against African People

In the desperate bid for the U.S.-EU-NATO Axis of Domination
to hold onto the unipolar world, the war on Africans
globally intensifies. This reactionary legacy of Western colonialism is proving

administration’s call for the UN to send a military force to intervene in Haiti
with Kenya volunteering to serve as the Black face of white supremacy in a
perverse claim to “restore order” in Haiti by invading the island nation in the
name of Pan-Africanism. In the face of this imminent
imperialist intervention BAP remains vigilant and is exposing these
intercontinental contradictions. Kenya is willing to assist white supremacist
in Haiti at the expense of the wishes and aspirations of the Haitian people.
While plans for the invasion in Haiti are being
finalized, Africans are rising up in Niger to kick France out and regain
control of their country and its immense mineral resources. In response the
French refuse to leave and, with their U.S. partners in crime, plan to use the
Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) to invade Niger. Once again
employing Black faces to carry out white supremasist,
imperialist designs.
