The murderous wars which are now raging out of control in Eastern Europe and the Middle East all beg the question, Why? ! The fool's errand is to simply rationalize without understanding the complexity of the realities: for example, why are ordinary people of Hebrew ancestry -both Palestinians and Israelis- killing and abusing one another in large numbers daily; why are the people of Russian ancestry - both Ukrainians and contemporary Russians - massacring each other as we speak; why are toxic injections being systematically administered to a large majority of the world's 8 billion population, in what constitutes a manufactured consensus based on false promises, resulting in a sort of collective suicide pact of the CIA-sponsored Jonestown variety?
Is all this sadistic carnage a strategy to consolidate the massive imbalance of capital accumulation, to secure it once-and-for-all in the hands of a few oligarchs who are seeking to restructure more to their liking the global political economy of our late-monopoly-capitalist period? If true, this brand of totalitarianism and fascism is without historic precedent. With the qualitative and quantitative changes, mediated by advanced technologies today, it is hardly recognizable for what it is. And we are the experiment . . . !
Unvetted Karma.
The perpetrators of these grand experiments in depopulation have successfully appropriated the technologies necessary to pull it off. The “collateral damage” from this experiment – including the widely recognized fratricide – continues to produce karma that will devour millions more before it’s over. These crimes cast shame and derision, and exposés will continue until the end. Before it’s over there will be more chaos, and mass hysteria is to be expected when denial is no longer possible.
No more Doom and Gloom.
Between now and then, it is our moral duty to inform ourselves and not to lull ourselves into a deep despair. As Paulo Freire advocated in his inspirational work, Pedagogy of the Oppressed (1968), we must learn to enter into “dialogical thinking” and appropriate the words that best describe our experiences before we act to improve our collective situation. (Our appropriation and the appropriation by the owners of big capital will not look the same, as our experiences differ. But all of us will be caught up in the material dialectics which are unavoidably produced by conscious conflicts between social class interests and the Moral Imperative: WHICH SIDE ARE YOU ON? in reference to the ownership of the means of socially necessary production.)
The 21+ items below, selected from the alternative social Anglophone media, offer CEIMSA readers the opportunity to study Anglophone culture as it develops today and the possibility to evaluate the impact that this media has on the class struggles we are witnessing around the world, both against imperial exploitation and against local tyrannies. From the many reports worldwide we are now seeing in the Anglophone social media, there are increasing numbers of testimonies related to policies of genocide being facilitated by an international oligarchy of interests aiming to consolidate their peculiar political economy at a global level.
Megalomania? Collective suicide? Perhaps, but nonetheless a real existential threat in the eyes of many ordinary people.
Are we living in a time when paranoia has become true perception? On the question of actual population reduction (“culling,” is the sanitized terminology being used) for better control over the future of the planet, consider some of the processes now underway: over half a million young men of Russian descent dead and dying in Eastern Europe; tens of thousands of Palestinian women and children of Hebrew descent dead or painfully dying of hunger and disease in the Middle East; untold millions of casualties around the world, dead or painfully dying from immune deficiencies caused by mandatory toxic injections inflicted on them by a carefully orchestrated campaign of fear mongering led by oligarchs and their obedient army of willing executioners; while elsewhere in the world artificial scarcity is inflicted on Third-World populations to produce unnecessary famine and water shortages that will take millions of lives. All this
--not to mention the irresponsible escalation toward all-out Nuclear War that endangers all of us-- seems to be the world we have inherited, a world divided by social class struggles and the strategic accumulation of capital.
· But who controls these forces of mass destruction?
· What are the origins of this master/slave relationship on a global scale and the relentless politics of for-profit population reduction?
· What power does an ideologically disarmed population have to defend themselves from a wealthy minority intent on taking their lives and reducing their numbers through various forms of homicide?
These are some of the questions now being addressed in the critical Anglophone social media….

A new Japanese study published in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory Practice and Research proves that Pfizer and Moderna vaccines contain unauthorized “animated worm-like” entities, invisible to the human eye, that swim, wriggle, and assemble themselves into complex structures.
As the Dr. Young Mi Lee and Dr. Daniel Broudy from Okinawa Christian University explain, these worm-like entities are responsible for causing clots inside millions of human bodies around the world since the mRNA roll out.
When these processes are replicated, the results are the same, as this deeply disturbing footage from Died Suddenly reveals.
But it gets even worse.
Dr. Young Mi Lee and Dr. Daniel Broudy isolated vaccine vials for three weeks, then examined them under 400 times magnification and found what they describe as “undisclosed additional engineered components” … also known as nanotechnology.
As Lee and Broudy observed, when the nanotechnology is energized it creates “discs, chains, spirals, tubes, and right-angle structures.”
What are these nanorobots and why would Pfizer and Big Pharma want to secretly inject thousands of billions of them into unsuspecting human beings?
And when exactly does the nanotechnology “energize”, you ask?
Lee and Broudy were astonished to find the “additional engineered components” energize when they are placed near cellphones or computers.
These are nanobots that communicate with a central database, the IP of which cannot be traced to a location or a single computer.
Are the vaccinated already walking, talking human cyborgs, fulfilling as yet unknown functions for the global elite – before they keel over and die at the flick of a switch?

Global Research has recently published several articles on the Covid vaccine in Japan, confirming its lethality. This report by the Western Standard below pertains to the Press Conference of Medical doctors and scientists held in January 2024.

The evidence is overwhelming. It potentially affects 96 million vaccinated people in Japan. I should mention that the vaccines distributed in Japan are identical to those marketed Worldwide, namely Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna Spikevax Bivalent, AstraZeneca, etc.

The Confidential Pfizer Report
The impact on mortality and morbidity of the Pfizer-BioNtech vaccine has been confirmed by a Pfizer Confidential Report — released and made public under Freedom of Information in October 2021. The Confidential Pfizer Report –barely acknowledged by the media– was known to national governments and health authorities Worldwide. It confirms that the so-called Covid Vaccine is a killer.
The negotiation between Pfizer and the President of the EC Mrs. Ursula von Der Leyen was initiated in October 2022, for 4.5 billion doses of Pfizer BioNtech, (namely 10 doses per person) . A contract for one billion doses was subsequently reached for a population of 450 million people who in large part had already been vaccinated.

During the presidency of George H.W. Bush in the early 1990s, something disturbing unfolded at the U.S.’ top biological warfare research facility at Fort Detrick, Maryland. Specimens of highly contagious and deadly pathogens – anthrax and ebola among them – had disappeared from the lab, at a time when lab workers and rival scientists had been accused of targeted sexual and ethnic harassment and several disgruntled researchers had left as a result.
In addition to missing samples of anthrax, ebola, hanta virus and a variant of AIDS, two of the missing specimens had been labeled “unknown” – “an Army euphemism for classified research whose subject was secret,” according to reports. The vast majority of the specimens lost were never found and an Army spokesperson would later claim that it was “likely some were simply thrown out with the trash.”
An internal Army inquiry in 1992 would reveal that one employee, Lt. Col. Philip Zack, had been caught on camera secretly entering the lab to conduct “unauthorized research, apparently involving anthrax,” theHartford Courant would later report. Despite this, Zack would continue to do infectious disease research for pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly and would collaborate with the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) throughout the 1990s.
The Courant had also noted that: “A numerical counter on a piece of lab equipment had been rolled back to hide work done by the mystery researcher [later revealed to be Zack], who left the misspelled label ‘antrax’ in the machine’s electronic memory.” The Courant’s report further detailed the extremely lax security controls and chaotic disorganization that then characterized the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) lab in Fort Detrick.
This same lab would, a decade later, be officially labeled as the source of the anthrax spores responsible for the 2001 anthrax attacks, attacks which are also officially said to have been the work of a “deranged” USAMRIID researcher, despite initially having been blamed on Saddam Hussein and Iraq by top government officials and mainstream media. Those attacks killed 5 Americans and sickened 17.
Yet, as the investigation into the 2001 anthrax attacks unfolded, accusations from major U.S. newspapers soon emerged that the FBI was deliberately sabotaging the probe to protect the Anthrax attacker and that the CIA and U.S. military intelligence had refused to cooperate with the investigation. The FBI did not officially close their investigation into the 2001 anthrax attacks, nicknamed “Amerithrax,” until 2010 and aspects of that investigation still remain classified.

One of the outcomes of the alleged new SARS Covid virus that publicly emerged in 2019 is that the medical specialization of virology has been raised to a stature almost Godlike in the media. Few understand the origins of virology and its elevation into a leading role in today’s medicine practice. For this we need to look at the origins and politics of America’s first medical research institute, the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research, today Rockefeller University, and their work on what they claimed was a polio virus.
In 1907 an outbreak of a sickness in New York City gave the director of the Rockefeller Institute, Simon Flexner, MD, a golden opportunity to lay claim to discovery of an invisible “virus” caused by what was arbitrarily called poliomyelitis. The word poliomyelitis simply means inflammation of the spinal cord’s grey matter. There were some 2,500 New Yorkers, mostly children, designated with some form of poliomyelitis, including paralysis and even death, that year.
Flexner’s Fraud
The most striking aspect of the entire polio saga in the USA during the first half of the 20th Century was the fact that every key phase of the business was controlled by people tied to what became the Rockefeller medical cabal. This fraud started with claims by the Director of the Rockefeller Institute, Simon Flexner, that he and his colleague, Paul A. Lewis, had “isolated” a pathogen, invisible to the eye, smaller even than bacteria, which they claimed caused the paralyzing sickness in a series of outbreaks in the US. How did they come to this idea?
In a paper published in 1909 in the Journal of the American Medical Association, Flexner claimed he and Lewis had isolated the poliomyelitis virus responsible. He reported they had successfully “passaged” poliomyelitis through several monkeys, from monkey to monkey. They began by injecting diseased human spinal cord tissue of a young boy who had died, presumably from the virus, into the brains of monkeys. After a monkey fell ill, a suspension of its diseased spinal cord tissue was injected into the brains of other monkeys who also fell ill.
They proclaimed that the Rockefeller Institute doctors had thus proven poliomyelitis virus causality for the mysterious disease. They hadn’t done anything of the sort. Flexner and Lewis even admitted that:
“We failed utterly to discover bacteria, either in film preparations or in cultures, that could account for the disease; and, since among our long series of propagations of the virus in monkeys not one animal showed, in the lesions, the cocci described by some previous investigators, and we had failed to obtain any such bacteria from the human material studied by us, we felt that they could be excluded from consideration.”
What they then did was to make a bizarre supposition, a leap of faith, not a scientific claim. They took their hypothesis of viral exogenous agency and made it fact, with no proof whatever. They asserted: “Therefore, …the infecting agent of epidemic poliomyelitis belongs to the class of the minute and filterable viruses that have not thus far been demonstrated with certainty under the microscope.“ Therefore?
Simon Flexner simply asserted it “must” be a polio virus killing the monkeys, because they could find no other explanation. In fact he did not look for another source of the illnesses. This was not scientific isolation. It was wild speculation: “…not thus far been demonstrated with certainty under the microscope.” They admitted this in a December 18, 1909 follow up in JAMA, titled, THE NATURE OF THE VIRUS OF EPIDEMIC POLIOMYELITIS.
The so-called “virus” they were injecting into monkeys was hardly pure. It also contained an undetermined amount of contaminants. It included “pureed spinal cord, brain, fecal matter, even flies were ground up and injected into monkeys to induce paralysis.” Until Jonas Salk won approval from the US Government in April 1955 for a polio vaccine, no scientific proof of existence of a virus causing poliomyelitis, or infantile paralysis as it was commonly known, had been proven. That is the case to this day. The medical world all took Flexner’s word that it “must” be a virus.

The Unjust and Evil Prosecution of Dr. Reiner Fuellmich
Reiner Fuellmich's work is most appropriately placed in the long and illustrious tradition of German Enlightenment thinking. The Enlightenment can be encapsulated in Immanuel Kant's famous motto “Sapere Aude” which can be translated as “Have courage to use your own reason.” Reiner Fuellmich is an exemplar of this, even if German Enlightenment thought has seemingly gone out of fashion in its place of birth. He is, in fact, living, breathing proof that Enlightenment thinking has not died, it has simply been suppressed.
You could be forgiven for not knowing who Reiner Fuellmich is and what ordeal he has gone through for the last year; incarcerated in a Goettingen jail, placed in quasi solitary confinement for a good portion of that time, hands and feet bound while transported to the Goettingen court from the jail. You might even get the impression that he is a dangerous criminal deserving of such treatment since he must have done something dastardly.
Think again!
Not only is Reiner an Enlightenment figure. He is also an admirer of Pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a famous and prominent German theologian, and an anti-Nazi dissident who was hanged for allegedly participating in a plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler.
Reiner takes his intellectual cues from the Enlightenment thinkers and his moral orientation from Pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer. Reiner takes his legal cues from Justice Louis Brandeis who famously said “Sunlight is the best disinfectant.”
Is the picture of who Reiner Fuellmich is starting to emerge yet?
Yet, he is being prosecuted in his homeland after having been “extradited” back to Germany in mid October 2023, arrested at Frankfurt airport and immediately placed in “pre trial detention” almost a full year ago. He has languished in the prison facility, at times cut off from all contact with the outside world, from his attorneys, from his wife and from the other inmates. He is permitted one hour a day to walk alone in the inner courtyard. Otherwise he is confined to a cell.
You cannot break the spirit of such a man, and anyone and everyone who is steadfastly trying to do so is a moral and intellectual midget (no offense to actual midgets.) These people who have sought to bring Reiner down and to his knees have achieved the opposite. While they display withering cowardice, he is made stronger and more resolute in his determination to see justice prevail. Justice not only for Reiner, but for all those who still remember what it means to have dignity, courage, and conviction of one’s beliefs. All those who believe in Enlightenment principles.
Reiner has been facing not only injustice but also evil. He is an innocent man, falsely accused of spurious charges and subjected to the utmost of primitive and degrading treatment.
Shame on all of them. Release Reiner Fuellmich immediately. Try to redeem yourselves!.

Modern Israel attracts much attention from analysts and the public but our ability to understand it is hindered by ideology, prejudice, and myth. Many tread carefully when discussing Israel lest they be accused of antisemitism. In an earlier article, I explained what distinguishes anti-Zionism from antisemitism. However, the fundamental difficulty lies in the habitual association of the state in Western Asia with the Jews. Should we view those who inhabit and govern Israel as Jews or have they become something else — namely, Israelis?
The “nature versus nurture” debate over the relative influence of inherited traits versus environmental conditions on humans is older than many realize. It can be traced through different stages of the biblical narrative. Angry at the Israelites’ worship of the golden calf, God was ready to destroy them all and start anew with Moses. Nature was to blame, as God despaired that these “stiff-necked people” could be re-educated.
In another biblical story, however, the Israelites were sent to wander in the wilderness for forty years to be reformatted before being allowed to enter the Land of Canaan. In this case, the emphasis was on nurture over nature, with the hope that the experience of benefiting from boundless generosity—such as the manna and the protective clouds of glory—would change them. This may have been the first known attempt at social engineering, even though the success was only variable.
The contemporary history of the Jews presents a more daring case of such re-education. For centuries, Jewish ideals have stressed mercy, modesty, and beneficence. The abhorrence of violence is so ingrained that in many Jewish communities, knives, which could be tools of murder, must be removed from the table before reciting the grace after a meal. Blessing and violence are deemed incompatible.
After centuries of being educated to strive for moral perfection, some Jews — initially a tiny minority — adopted a unusual role as colonial settlers—a role historically associated with European Christian civilization.
Mostly atheists and agnostics, Zionist pioneers in Palestine concluded that “God does not exist, but He promised us this land.”
They conveniently instrumentalized biblical commandments, such as “You shall clear out the Land and settle in it, for I have given you the Land to occupy it.” The settlers embraced a literal and materialistic reading of the Bible abandoning the interpretative tradition developed in rabbinic Judaism. Jewish tradition reads the biblical verses that mention violence allegorically: the sword and the bow used by Jacob the Patriarch against his enemies become symbols of obedience to divine commandments and good deeds. Tradition locates Jewish heroism in the house of study, not on the battlefield. But Zionists rejected this tradition as that of “exilic weaklings.”

Naturally, like in other locations such as India, America, or Algeria, most inhabitants of Palestine—Jews, Christians, and Muslims alike—resented the Zionists who began colonizing Palestine in the late 19th century. Resistance emerged, and generations of Israelis grew up fighting against it. Palestinians came to be perceived as a constant source of danger. Educated in the spirit of military courage, moral superiority, and self-righteousness, the Israeli came to disdain and replace the Jew. The murder of Jacob De Haan, a Jewish anti-Zionist lawyer, by members of a Zionist militia in 1924 marked not only the onset of organized political terrorism in Palestine but also the affirmation of a new national identity.
Ideals of martial valour were not only inculcated through the educational system but, more powerfully, were induced by the predicament of all colonial settlements: suppressing resistance from the colonized. Generation after generation of Israelis have participated in the violent “pacification of the natives,” forcing them to submit to discrimination, dispossession, and ethnic cleansing.
The daily news of brutalities perpetrated by the Israeli military in Gaza underscores the success of the Zionist transformation of the Jew. The massive support that these acts receive from Israeli society at large strongly confirms this. The recent debate in the Israeli parliament when some Knesset members asserted the legitimacy of gang raping Palestinian detainees by Israeli soldiers reveals profound dehumanization—that is, the denial of full humanity in others, along with the cruelty and suffering that accompany it. But this also threatens the humanity of the soldier.
To mitigate this, the soldier must keep a distance from his victim. This is achieved through the industrialization of murder, which began with gas chambers and carpet bombing and continued with targeted assassinations by missiles and kamikaze drones. World-renowned Israeli scientists and engineers, assisted by major American corporations, have made a qualitative advance in streamlining remote violence. In Gaza, artificial intelligence (AI) now determines targets and to destroys them. This points to an abdication not only of their ancestors’ moral values but of humanity altogether.

Introduction.
Was it a False Flag?
Military operations are invariably planned well in advance. Was “Operation Al-Aqsa Storm” a “surprise attack” ? Or Was it “A False Flag”.
In the words of Philip Giraldi:

A Tissue of Lies
“A Tissue of Lies” has served to justify the killing in the Gaza Strip of more than 35,000 civilians, of which 70% are women and children coupled with total destruction and an endless string of atrocities.
The Cat is out of the bag. Netanyahu has tacitly acknowledged that it was “A False Flag” which was intent upon justifying a carefully planned genocidal attack against Palestine:
“Anyone who wants to thwart the establishment of a Palestinian state has to support bolstering Hamas and transferring money to Hamas,” he [Netanyahu] told a meeting of his Likud party’s Knesset members in March 2019. “This is part of our strategy – to isolate the Palestinians in Gaza from the Palestinians in the West Bank.” (Haaretz, October 9, 2023, emphasis added)
Does this candid statement not suggest that Netanyahu and his military-intelligence apparatus are responsible for the killings of innocent Israeli civilians?
On that same day of October 7, 2023 Netanyahu launched a carefully planned military operation against the Gaza Strip entitled “State of Readiness For War”.
Military operations are invariably planned well in advance.
Had “Operation Al-Aqsa Storm” been a “surprise attack” as parroted by the media, Netanyahu’s “State of Readiness For War” could not have been carried out (at short notice) on that same day, namely October 7, 2023.
South Africa’s Legal Procedure against The State of Israel
On January 11, 2024, The Republic of South Africa presented to The Hague World Court, a carefully formulated Legal Procedure against the State of Israel predicated on The Genocide Convention.
This legal procedure, however, has not contributed to repealing the ongoing genocide and saving the lives of tens of thousands of civilians.
I should mention that the False Flag issue –which constitutes a crime against humanity– was casually ignored by the ICJ.
Our suggestion is that an investigation followed by a legal procedure pertaining to the “False Flag” should be undertaken.
The heads of State and heads of government who have endorsed Israel’s Genocidal Acts are from a legal standpoint complicit.
The ICJ Judgement was contradictory. The Presiding Judge (former legal advisor to Hillary Clinton) was in conflict of interest:
The ICJ Judgment of January 26, 2024 assigns the Netanyahu government representing the State of Israel –accused by the Republic of South Africa of genocide against the People of Palestine– with a mandate to “take all measures within its power” to “prevent and punish” those responsible for having committed “Genocidal Acts”. (under Article IV of the Genocide Convention)
Sounds contradictory? What the ICJ judgment intimates –from a twisted legal standpoint– is that Netanyahu’s Cabinet which was “appointed” to implement the “prevent and punish” mandate cannot be accused of having committed “Genocidal Acts”.

Am I the only one who read about a speech given by Netanyahu or someone in his cabinet about a week ago in which he/they in passing referred to a “developing security situation” which rather suggests (to me) that they might have known about developments in Gaza and chose to let it happen so they can wipe Gaza off the map in retaliation and, possibly relying on the US pledge to have Israel’s “back,” then implicating Iran and attacking that country.
I cannot find a link to it, but have a fairly strong recollection of what I read as I thought at the time it would serve as a pretext for another massacre of Palestinians.
As a former intelligence officer, I find it impossible to believe that Israel did not have multiple informants inside Gaza as well as electronic listening devices all along the border wall which would have picked up movements of groups and vehicles.
In other words, the whole thing might be a tissue of lies as is often the case.
And as is also ALWAYS the case Joe Biden is preparing to send some billions of dollars to poor little Israel to pay for “defending” itself.

In October 2023, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant declared:
“No electricity, no food, no water, no fuel. Everything is closed. We are fighting human animals and we are acting accordingly.’”
In November 2023, Middle East Eye reported in “Former Israel general says ‘severe epidemics’ in Gaza would help Israel win the war”:
“A retired senior Israeli general has said that Israel should not ‘shy away’ from permitting the outbreak of severe epidemics amongst Palestinians in southern Gaza as it will bring Israel ‘closer to victory.’
“‘The international community warns us of a humanitarian disaster in Gaza and of severe epidemics,’ retired Major General Giora Eiland, the former head of Israel’s National Security Council, wrote Sunday.
“‘We must not shy away from this, as difficult as that may be. After all, severe epidemics in the south of the Gaza Strip will bring victory closer and reduce casualties among IDF soldiers.’
“Eiland went on to say that the Israeli government must take a ‘harder line’ against the US and rule out discussions about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza until all the hostages held in the besieged enclave are released.
“The opinion article elicited an endorsement from far-right Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, who said, ‘I agree with every word.’”
Zeiad Abbas Shamrouch, executive director of the Middle East Children’s Alliance, told me in November:
“Due to Israel cutting off some of the supply of water and destroying key water infrastructure and storage tanks, people are being forced to drink water from unsafe sources. Dehydration and waterborne diseases are spreading and medicine is running out. There are outbreaks of chickenpox, scabies and diarrhea due to the shortage of water.”
The BBC reported in May that “Half of Gaza water sites damaged or destroyed, BBC satellite data reveals.”
Drop Site News reported in July in “The IDF Just Destroyed a Key Rafah Water Facility Rachel Corrie Spent Her Last Month of Life Defending” about a video showing the “calculated demolition of a chief water facility in Rafah. The video, in three parts, shows Israeli soldiers planting explosives inside and around the water pumps of a facility in the occupied city. The video — which is captioned in Hebrew, ‘Destruction of the Tal Sultan water reservoir in honor of Shabbat’ — ends with footage of the water facility being blown up. The soundtrack is a song produced by soldiers of the 51st Golani Brigade with lyrics like, ‘We will burn Gaza… shake all of Gaza… for every house you destroy we will destroy ten.’ …
“For months, Israeli forces have been targeting vital water resources in the strip leading to starvation and, according to new reports, worsening access to clean water. Last week, the Israeli military and the Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that Poliovirus has been found in Gaza’s sewage, further intensifying the catastrophic humanitarian situation in the occupied enclave.”
The Daily Mail in August reported on Israelis who had been held captive in Gaza:
“Blood tests also showed they had been exposed to a range of diseases, including typhus and spotted fever, during their 50 days in captivity. Many of them were also experiencing head lice due to poor hygiene conditions, including a lack of running water.”
The Vaccine
So, why is Israel reportedly agreeing to pauses to allow for administration of the polio vaccine? That may be hard to know for sure, but a few things that should be understood:
· The WHO is not what it seems to many people. There’s lots that can be said about that, but what I have examined is that the group’s chief scientist, Jeremy Farrar, who was a central figure, and perhaps the central figure, in the massive propaganda campaign which claimed in 2020 that Covid could not have a lab origin. It is simply not a credible organization just on that basis. Additionally, this gives a great deal of credence to arguments that the WHO is capable of making critical decisions with the aim of control, manipulation and publicity rather than the health and wellbeing of the global public.
· The vaccine being given to Palestinian children in Gaza is nOPV2, that is, novel oral polio vaccine, focusing on type 2 polio. Prior oral vaccines have been problematic. They contain attenuated (weakened) polio virus. This can be problematic since, as The Journal of Infectious Diseases noted in 2013: “With prolonged replication, attenuated polioviruses used in oral polio vaccine (OPV) can mutate into vaccine-derived poliovirus (VDPV) and cause poliomyelitis [polio] outbreaks.”
· OPV was typically given in poorer countries. In rich counties like the US, what has been given is IPV which is made with inactive polio virus and given intramuscularly (an injection), not orally.
· According to the Polio Global Eradication Initiative (whose partners include the WHO, CDC and the Gates Foundation), the outbreak in Gaza is from Egypt. Curiously, the Initiative claims “the variant poliovirus could have been introduced in Gaza as early as September 2023” — that is, prior to Oct. 7. The Egyptian polio outbreak according to a recent article in BMC Infectious Diseases came from a “vaccine-derived polioviruses”. That is, the outbreak now in Gaza appears, according to these sources, to be the result of the negative effects of polio vaccines given in Egypt which mutated.
· In 2018, Science reported: “Alarming polio outbreak spreads in Congo, threatening global eradication efforts: Vaccine-derived virus spreads despite emergency response.”
· Neetu Vashisht and Jacob Puliye in 2012 wrote in the Indian Journal of Medical Ethics: “It was hoped that following polio eradication, immunisation could be stopped. However the synthesis of polio virus in 2002, made eradication impossible. It is argued that getting poor countries to expend their scarce resources on an impossible dream over the last 10 years was unethical. … The charade about polio eradication and the great savings it will bring has persisted to date. It is a paradox, that while the director general of WHO, Margret Chan, and Bill Gates are trying to muster support for polio eradication (22) it has been known to the scientific community, for over 10 years, that eradication of polio is impossible.”
· Nature reported in 2023: “Vaccine-derived polio is undermining the fight to eradicate the virus: Wild polio has almost been eradicated, but vaccine-derived strains retain the potential to paralyse. Better vaccines have arrived — but they are only part of the answer.”
· nOPV2 is a relatively new vaccine. In March, the WHO noted that nOPV2 has been used since 2021 “under WHO Emergency Use Listing (EUL) approval”. A report posted on the CDC website notes that there have been cases of it causing polio as in Burundi and DRC, but apparently at a substantially lower rate than previous oral vaccines. But The BMJ reported in August 2023 in “Polio vaccines: hope, hype, and history repeating?” that despite a great deal of positive media spin: “Before it was approved for emergency use, scientists warned that nOPV2 would not solve the problem set for it: to stamp out vaccine-derived polio. So far, it has not done so. Instead there are unanswered questions about the vaccine’s performance, whether the decision to rely on it was right, and whether there’s a viable path to the dream of global eradication even with a full suite of modernised vaccines.”
· Some prior OPV disasters are outlined in Science from May, largely about the Gates Foundation: “‘Unqualified failure’ in polio vaccine policy left thousands of kids paralyzed”.
· It seems remarkable that the WHO and company can spot and prioritize a case of polio amid the carnage and devastation that Israel has wrecked on Gaza. It seems driven by ideology, control or interest rather than prioritizing the needs of the Palestinians in Gaza.
· nOPV2 requires another dose in four weeks. It is not clear to me what happens if someone gets one dose and not the second.
· While Israeli snipers are targeting children in the head, Israel is being depicted as agreeing to a truce to help save children from polio.
· Some have argued Israel’s goal is to ensure that there is not a polio outbreak in Gaza since that might threaten it — it’s an example of enlightened self-interest. However, this reasoning might be undermined by the fact that Israel has been giving its soldiers a polio vaccine. And they have been giving them the IPV vaccine, not the oral one given to Palestinians. This would indicate that they would be immune to it and Israel may effectively come off unscathed from a polio outbreak among the Palestinians. Also, IPV deals with all three types of polio. In 2022, Israel had cases of polio and the WHO reports IPA and OPV were used.
· The vaccines may be seen by some as a minimal help to Palestinians in Gaza, preventing yet another disaster. And the minimal pauses resulting may be seen as baby steps toward permanent ceasefire, but this seems quite optimistic, especially given Israel’s posture. It is quite possible that the nOPV2 vaccine is largely being done for public relations reasons. This was the case for the much hyped pier the US government was allegedly building to help the Palestinians in Gaza. Some thought that there was a diabolical plot around the pier — as a mechanism for mass expulsion for example. But it mostly served as a propaganda talking point to communicate alleged US government benevolence for months on end, giving cover for Israel to continue its genocide.
· Moreover, this is useful to distract from the failure of the UN to stop Israel’s carnage. Most especially the US-dominated UN Security Council has refused to implement orders from the International Court of Justice and virtually all states — with the notable exceptions of South Africa and Nicaragua — have failed in responsibilities under the Genocide Convention. The General Assembly has failed to take meaningful action using “Uniting for Peace”. So now, the WHO doing a hopefully minimally successful immunization effort is being used in various pronouncements to put a happy face for the UN system on the continuing catastrophe. · Perhaps most ominously however, it may be problematic to give attenuated oral polio vaccine to a population that is immunocompromised — which most certainly includes the Palestinians in Gaza. They desperately need food and clean water and basic medical care. A host of diseases are ravaging Gaza and reportedly, 100,000 people in Gaza have contracted acute jaundice syndrome, or suspected hepatitis A. From Options for Poliomyelitis Vaccination in the United States: “Those in whom OPV is contraindicated include individuals with immunodeficiency disorders…The risk of VAPP [Vaccine-Associated Paralytic Poliomyelitis] in immunodeficient children is 3,000 times that in normal children.”
· Israel is virtually alone among industrialized countries in not signing the Biological Weapons Convention. Professor Francis Boyle drafted the U.S. Domestic Implementing Legislation for the BWC, the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act of 1989 that was approved unanimously by both Houses of the United States Congress and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush with the approval of the U.S. Department of Justice . He said the emergency authorization provisions “trigger the Nuremberg Code on Medical Experimentation [PDF] requiring that each recipient or their legal guardians be given informed and voluntary consent.. It does not appear that this is being done in Gaza. … They are giving the live polio virus to Gaza kids whose immune systems have been severely compromised already since October 8.” He warns you could have an “entire next generation of Palestinian Children in Gaza wracked and disabled by polio. … This implicitly raises and supports the question whether Israel is engaging in biological warfare against the Palestinians here by means of using the live polio virus.”
· As the top of this article indicates, Israel is effectively using biological warfare against the Palestinian people by virtue of knocking out the water facilities. The open question is if the polio rollout is part of that or simply a response by international institutions — perhaps following funding incentives and other pressures — unable or unwilling to do their actual jobs to stop the ongoing genocide.

The Associated Press reports that many of the recruits drafted under Ukraine’s new conscription law lack the motivation and military indoctrination required to actually aim their weapons and fire at Russian soldiers.
“Some people don’t want to shoot. They see the enemy in the firing position in trenches but don’t open fire. … That is why our men are dying,” said a frustrated battalion commander in Ukraine’s 47th Brigade. “When they don’t use the weapon, they are ineffective.”
This is familiar territory to anyone who has studied the work of U.S. Brigadier General Samuel “Slam” Marshall, a First World War veteran and the chief combat historian of the U.S. Army in the Second World War. Marshall conducted hundreds of post-combat small group sessions with U.S. troops in the Pacific and Europe, and documented his findings in his book, Men Against Fire: the Problem of Battle Command.
One of Slam Marshall’s most startling and controversial findings was that only about 15% of U.S. troops in combat actually fired their weapons at the enemy. In no case did that ever rise above 25%, even when failing to fire placed the soldiers’ own lives in greater danger.
Marshall concluded that most human beings have a natural aversion to killing other human beings, often reinforced by our upbringing and religious beliefs, and that turning civilians into effective combat soldiers therefore requires training and indoctrination expressly designed to override our natural respect for fellow human life. This dichotomy between human nature and killing in war is now understood to lie at the root of much of the PTSD suffered by combat veterans.
Marshall’s conclusions were incorporated into U.S. military training, with the introduction of firing range targets that looked like enemy soldiers and deliberate indoctrination to dehumanize the enemy in soldiers’ minds. When he conducted similar research in the Korean War, Marshall found that changes in infantry training based on his work in World War II had already led to higher firing ratios.
That trend continued in Vietnam and more recent U.S. wars. Part of the shocking brutality of the U.S. hostile military occupation of Iraq stemmed directly from the dehumanizing indoctrination of the U.S. occupation forces, which included falsely linking Iraq to the September 11th terrorist crimes in the U.S. and labeling Iraqis who resisted the U.S. invasion and occupation of their country as “terrorists.”
A Zogby poll of U.S. forces in Iraq in February 2006 found that 85% of U.S. troops believed their mission was to “retaliate for Saddam’s role in the 9/11 attacks,” and 77% believed that the primary reason for the war was to “stop Saddam from protecting Al Qaeda in Iraq.” This was all pure fiction, cut from whole cloth by propagandists in Washington, and yet, three years into the U.S. occupation, the Pentagon was still misleading U.S. troops to falsely link Iraq with 9/11.
The impact of this dehumanization was also borne out by court martial testimony in the rare cases when U.S. troops were prosecuted for killing Iraqi civilians. In a court martial at Camp Pendleton in California in July 2007, a corporal testifying for the defense told the court he did not see the cold-blooded killing of an innocent civilian as a summary execution. “I see it as killing the enemy,” he told the court, adding, “Marines consider all Iraqi men part of the insurgency.”
U.S. combat deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan (6,257 killed) were only a fraction of the U.S. combat death toll in Vietnam (47,434) or Korea (33,686), and an even smaller fraction of the nearly 300,000 Americans killed in the Second World War. In every case, other countries suffered much heavier death tolls.
And yet, U.S. casualties in Iraq and Afghanistan provoked waves of political blowback in the U.S., leading to military recruitment problems that persist today. The U.S. government responded by shifting away from wars involving large deployments of U.S. ground troops to a greater reliance on proxy wars and aerial bombardment.
After the end of the Cold War, the U.S. military-industrial complex and political class thought they had “kicked the Vietnam syndrome,” and that, freed from the danger of provoking World War III with the Soviet Union, they could now use military force without restraint to consolidate and expand U.S. global power. These ambitions crossed party lines, from Republican “neoconservatives” to Democratic hawks like Madeleine Albright, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden.
Giving War Too Many Chances
In a speech at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) in October 2000, a month before winning a seat in the U.S. Senate, Hillary Clinton echoed her mentor Madeleine Albright’s infamous rejection of the “Powell Doctrine” of limited war.
“There is a refrain…,” Clinton declared, “that we should intervene with force only when we face splendid little wars that we surely can win, preferably by overwhelming force in a relatively short period of time. To those who believe we should become involved only if it is easy to do, I think we have to say that America has never and should not ever shy away from the hard task if it is the right one.”
During the question-and-answer session, a banking executive in the audience challenged Clinton on that statement. “I wonder if you think that every foreign country– the majority of countries–would actually welcome this new assertiveness, including the one billion Muslims that are out there,” he asked, “and whether or not there isn’t some grave risk to the United States in this–what I would say, not new internationalism, but new imperialism?”
When the aggressive war policy promoted by the neocons and Democratic hawks crashed and burned in Iraq and Afghanistan, this should have prompted a serious rethink of their wrongheaded assumptions about the impact of aggressive and illegal uses of U.S. military force.
Instead, the response of the U.S. political class to the blowback from its catastrophic wars in Iraq and Afghanistan was simply to avoid large deployments of U.S. ground forces or “boots on the ground.” They instead embraced the use of devastating bombing and artillery campaigns in Afghanistan, Mosul in Iraq and Raqqa in Syria, and wars fought by proxies, with full, “ironclad” U.S. support, in Libya, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, and now Ukraine and Palestine.
The absence of large numbers of U.S. casualties in these wars kept them off the front pages back home and avoided the kind of political blowback generated by the wars in Vietnam and Iraq. The lack of media coverage and public debate meant that most Americans knew very little about these more recent wars, until the shocking atrocity of the genocide in Gaza finally started to crack the wall of silence and indifference.
The results of these U.S. proxy wars are, predictably, no less catastrophic than the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The U.S. domestic political impacts have been mitigated, but the real-world impacts in the countries and regions involved are as deadly, destructive and destabilizing as ever, undermining U.S. “soft power” and pretensions to global leadership in the eyes of much of the world.
In fact, these policies have widened the yawning gulf between the worldview of ill-informed Americans who cling to the view of their country as a country at peace and a force for good in the world, and people in other countries, especially in the Global South, who are ever more outraged by the violence, chaos and poverty caused by the aggressive projection of U.S. military and economic power, whether by U.S. wars, proxy wars, bombing campaigns, coups or economic sanctions.
Now the U.S.-backed wars in Palestine and Ukraine are provoking growing public dissent among America’s partners in these wars. Israel’s recovery of six more dead hostages in Rafah led Israeli labor unions to call widespread strikes, insisting that the Netanyahu government must prioritize the lives of the Israeli hostages over its desire to keep killing Palestinians and destroying Gaza.

“To understand what happened to the Left (i.e., how it became the New Normal Left), you have to understand the history of global capitalism over the last 30 years or so.
Actually, you have to go back a bit farther, back to the early 20th Century, when the Great Ideological Game was still afoot. Back then, capitalism, having overthrown the aristocracies, was on the march, transforming the world into one big marketplace. It was challenged by two opposing ideologies, fascism and communism. They fought it out. Long story short, capitalism won.
[Modern capitalism, born out of the collapse of agrarianism/feudalism in England in the Middle Ages, evolved into European mercantilism in the 16th to 18th Centuries, and further evolved into the form we know it in the Industrial Revolution. It spread across the world (i.e., “globalized”) during the 19th and 20th Centuries. Fascism and Communism were the final ideological adversaries it faced, both being attempts to halt and reverse the globalization of capitalism. They failed.]
Global capitalism (‘GloboCap’) was born.
It’s one big global-capitalist world now. It has been since the early 1990s. GloboCap has no external adversaries, so it has nothing to do but ‘clear and hold,’ i.e., wipe out pockets of internal resistance and implement ideological uniformity. Which is what it has been doing for the last 30 years, first, in the former Soviet bloc, then, in ‘The Global War on Terror,’ and finally, in our so-called ‘Western democracies,’ as we have just experienced up close and personal during the shock-and-awe phase of the rollout of the New Normal, and are continuing to experience, albeit less dramatically.
In other words, GloboCap is going totalitarian. That is what the ‘New Normal’ is. It is not your granddad’s totalitarianism [i.e., 20th-Century totalitarianism]. It is a new, global-capitalist form of totalitarianism. It displays a number of familiar features — suspension of constitutional rights, official propaganda, goon squads, censorship, ubiquitous symbols of ideological conformity, gratuitous restrictions of freedom of movement and other aspects of everyday life, hatred and persecution of official ‘Untermenschen,’ segregation, criminalization of dissent, mob violence, book burning, show trials, etc. — but there won’t be anyone goose-stepping around in jackboots shrieking about ‘the master race.’ It’s not that kind of totalitarianism.
To understand it (which it would behoove us to do), we need to understand global-capitalist ideology, which isn’t as easy as it sounds.
Global capitalism has no ideology … or, rather, its ideology is ‘reality.’ When you have no ideological adversaries, you don’t need an ideology. You’re basically God. ‘Reality’ is whatever you say it is, and whoever disagrees is a ‘science denier,’ or a ‘conspiracy theorist,’ or a ‘malinformationist,’ or some other type of deluded ‘extremist.’ You don’t need to argue ideology with anyone, because you have no ideological opponents. Society is divided into two fundamental groups, (a) ‘normal people,’ who accept ‘reality,’ and (b) the ‘deviants’ and ‘extremists,’ who do not. Your political and ideological opponents are pathologized, preemptively delegitimized. After all, who would argue against ‘reality’ except liars and the clinically insane?
Yes, of course, there is intramural political and ideological conflict within the confines of so-called ‘normality,’ just as there is intramural competition between global corporations, but challenging the ideological system itself is impossible, because there is no ground outside it from which to mount an attack. This is probably the hardest thing for most of us to come to terms with. There is no ideological territory outside global capitalism. There is no outside. There are no external adversaries. There are only insurgencies, and counterinsurgency ops.
The rest is intramural competition.

RFK Jr. pledged that together with Donald Trump, they would bring back the wellbeing of children, reduce child obesity, the risk of diabetes apparent already at young ages, as well as providing children with a healthy education.
RFK’s speech was “brilliant” according to many analysts. Some say it was politically the best speech they have heard in a long time.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. got an unbelievable reaction from Republicans at the Trump rally in Glendale, Arizona. Had he given the same speech in support of Kamala Harris, most analysts said he would have been politely received, told what to do – or even booed, because he officially left the party in October 2023.

Minneapolis has designated those who entered the US illegally “justice impacted individuals” and put them into a protected class which apparently includes the right to vote.
The DNC has filed a lawsuit against the Georgia Election Board to block the rule that requires counties to ensure the accuracy of the votes prior to certification. If you remember, this was a question in the 2020 election when Georgia and other states’ votes were certified without authentication.
In Wayne County, Michigan, the 19th most populous county in the US (there are 3,244 counties in the US) which includes Detroit, Warren, and Dearborn, 98% of the poll watchers appointed to oversee the 2024 presidential vote are Democrats.

The Biden regime provides “immigrant-invaders” with federal ID cards when they enter. In blue jurisdictions immigrant-invaders are registered to vote when they apply for a driver’s license. The Democrats can then vote the registrations.

This is the way that the ruling establishment will explain the sudden increase in ballot numbers from illegal alien votes. As Republican poll watchers have been eliminated from such populous areas as Wayne County Michigan, there is no check on illegal alien voting.

This particular poll comes from the Florida Atlantic University Political Communication and Public Opinion Research Lab. Ask yourselves how in less than one month Kamala Harris went from the most disapproved of American politicians to being the front runner in a presidential election and such an inspiring candidate that the voting rolls are bulging with new voters for Kamala.
The answer is that it is all a media and establishment orchestration to create the impression in the limited minds of insouciant Americans that as Kamala is leading, the election wasn’t stolen.

Their thesis, borne out by thousands of medical research studies, is that food can make us very healthy or very sick. The grocery store choices many Americans have made have led us to unprecedented levels of diabetes, obesity and other metabolic and neurologic diseases that prematurely weaken and age us, our organs and our arteries.
There is a whole lot wrong with our available food.
· Chemical fertilizers have led to abusing the soil, and consequently soils became depleted of micronutrients. Unsurprisingly, foods grown in them are now lacking those nutrients.

Then the regulators issued rules that advantaged the big guys, and disadvantaged the small guys. But it was the small guys who were producing the highest quality food, in most cases. Most of them had to sell out and find something else to do. It simply became uneconomic to be a farmer.
The farmers and ranchers that were left often became the equivalent of serfs on their own land.

One of the most disturbing facets of the COVID-19 vaccines has been the new phenomenon of "turbo" cancers esp. in young people. Since we regularly treat COVID vaccine injuries, this has forced us to begin looking into things that can improve the otherwise poor prognosis of many cancers. Unsurprisingly, the same corruption we saw throughout COVID underlies the cancer industry. Fortunately again, there are remarkably helpful off-patent approaches for treating cancer. We've received many requests to discuss our approach, most recently from my colleague AMD. I agreed to this interview, both because of the immense need that exists to be more informed about cancer, and because AMD (also a longtime student of this subject) brings their valuable perspectives to this subject.
One of the most common requests I receive from readers is to discuss treatments for cancer. This in turn speaks to a broader issue—despite there being an immense interest in holistic cancer treatments, very few resources exist for patients looking for these options. That’s because it’s been well known for decades within the integrative medical field that the fastest way to lose your medical license is to practice unapproved cancer therapies and over the decades, countless examples have been made of doctors who did so (which sadly go far beyond even what we saw throughout COVID-19).
Note: I’ve also come across numerous cases where a distant relative learned of an alternative or complementary cancer treatment provided to their relative by a doctor, was triggered by it (due to their pre-existing political viewpoints) and then was able to get sanctions directed against the doctor. Most integrative doctors are aware of this and hence often decline to treat patients they are very close to that they know would wholeheartedly support what the doctor is doing because the doctor cannot take the risk of a hostile relative.
In turn, most of the doctors I know who utilize integrative cancer therapies (and have success in treating cancer) only offer this service to longtime patients they have a very close relationship with and explicitly request for me to not send patients to them. This is a shame, because beyond integrative cancer care being almost completely inaccessible to patients, this underground atmosphere both prevents most physicians from being able to have large enough patient volumes to clearly understand which alternative therapies actually work.

What does an honest vaccine safety study look like?
An honest safety study must have a test group that gets the vaccine and a control group that gets a harmless placebo. Injuries and deaths are compared in the two groups.
If the test group has many more adverse events than the placebo control group, the vaccine is not safe.
Most people would be shocked to learn that none of the vaccines on the CDC vaccine schedule have been safety tested in this way.
What does a fraudulent vaccine safety study look like?
Rule No. 1 for conducting a fraudulent study: Do not have a placebo control group. Here is where the fraud is happening: The “control group” is deliberately given something that is as toxic as the vaccine being tested. It can be an older vaccine or the vaccine ingredients minus the antigen.
The results will show that the injuries and deaths are similar in both groups. That is because they are both receiving toxic ingredients. The new vaccine is then illogically declared safe.
If there is no placebo control group, the toxicity of the vaccine is hidden. This is both clever and diabolical. Can you see it?
The public is unaware of this subterfuge
“Turtles All The Way Down: Vaccine Science and Myth” is the most thorough and brutally honest book ever written about vaccines.
The authors tell us on page 81:
“As we have seen in this chapter, vaccine trials are designed and performed in such a way as to ensure that the true extent of adverse events is hidden from the public. There is not a single vaccine in the US routine childhood vaccination schedule whose true rate of adverse events is known.”
Two examples of how unsafe toxic vaccines got on the CDC vaccine schedule
Prevnar-13 (a pneumococcal vaccine) was given to the test group of children and the “control group” was given the older Prevnar vaccine.
Severe adverse events occurred in 8.2% (one out of every 12 children) in the test group. Severe adverse events also occurred in 7.2% (one out of every 14 children) of the control group.
What percent of a placebo control group would have had severe adverse events? Probably 0% because they would have received something harmless. We can’t know because the authors of this study chose not to have a placebo control group.
The Prevnar-13 vaccine was declared “safe” and was approved for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). You don’t have to be a doctor or scientist to suspect that both the Prevnar and the Prevnar-13 vaccines are unsafe. “Turtles All The Way Down” covers this fraudulent vaccine safety study on pages 60 and 61.
Here is the second example, which the authors describe on pages 77 and 78:
“In one of the DTaP vaccine trials, 1 in every 22 subjects in the trial group was admitted to the hospital. A similar hospitalization rate was also reported in the ‘control group’ (which received the older-generation DTP vaccine).”
Again, there was no placebo control group. Both vaccines appear to be decidedly unsafe yet the newer DTaP vaccine made it onto the CDC vaccine schedule. DTP and DTaP vaccines contain antigens for diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis.

I discovered the work of Dr. Sanjeev Sabhlok about 6 weeks ago, and wished I hadn’t. His diagnosis of our horror is, I fear, the correct one.
It is also the one very few in the health freedom movement will accept, for reasons that will become obvious.
I began to draft a piece but it fell in with the 2532 other unfinished and unpublished pieces in my drafts folder.
Sabhlok is Indian, living in Australia, an economist, and a public health historian. He’s not on anybody’s radar—what he is saying is extremely unpopular. I disagree with him on huge fronts—they include Israel/Gaza, and utter blind spots about GMOs and industrial toxins. (He calls RFK Jr. an “idiot” who peddles Rachel Carson’s wrong ideas.)
So how can I be so interested in what he has to say?
Because I believe he is correct in his central, horrifying thesis:
Public Health (PH) is a Marxist/Communist creation, and death trap. It is entirely political and ideological, and if it feigns interest in “science” it is only on the level that a serial killer feigns interest in carrying women’s groceries up the stairwell.
The heaviness I felt included the impossibility of persuading health freedom leaders to accept it and see it. This is nobody’s song. We’d rather dither about “capitalism” and “corporate capture,” and the bankruptcy of “virology.”
None of those are the root cause. They are just pet theories that induce all the best fighters, and best minds to exhaust themselves tackling surface issues, never understanding the why or the how in all this.

The ongoing war in Ukraine has deeply divided international opinion, and the heavy involvement of European nations under the NATO umbrella has sparked significant debate. It is becoming increasingly clear that Europe’s decision to align itself with the United States’ approach to the conflict is not just questionable but borders on irrationality. This blind adherence to U.S. policy through NATO involvement presents numerous economic, political, and strategic risks for European countries—risks that could outweigh any potential benefits in the long run.
The Economic Impact on Europe
From an economic standpoint, the consequences of Europe’s participation in the war have already been disastrous. Europe is facing inflationary pressures, energy crises, and disruptions in trade, particularly with Russia, one of its key energy suppliers. Many European economies were already struggling to recover from the pandemic, and now, they find themselves plunged into further economic turmoil as a result of the sanctions imposed on Russia.
European energy security has been critically compromised. The war has led to skyrocketing energy prices across the continent, especially in countries heavily reliant on Russian natural gas. For instance, Germany, Europe’s economic powerhouse, saw significant economic setbacks as it scrambled to find alternative energy sources. The shift to more expensive and less reliable energy solutions, such as liquefied natural gas (LNG) imports from the United States, has strained industries and households alike.
For many Europeans, the rationale behind this economic self-harm is difficult to justify. Why should Europe sacrifice its economic stability and energy security to toe the line of U.S. policy, particularly when the U.S. faces far fewer immediate consequences of the conflict?
The Strategic Pitfalls of NATO’s Involvement
NATO’s role in the conflict further complicates matters for Europe. Originally formed as a defensive alliance during the Cold War, NATO’s current involvement in Ukraine has taken on a more offensive and interventionist stance, reflecting U.S. geopolitical interests rather than those of Europe. While the U.S. sees Russia as a primary adversary in its quest for global dominance, Europe shares a far more complex and intertwined relationship with its eastern neighbor.
Historically, Europe and Russia have shared deep economic, cultural, and security ties. For many European countries, particularly those in Eastern and Central Europe, Russia has been both a partner and a rival, and maintaining a balance has been crucial for regional stability. However, NATO’s militarization of the Ukrainian conflict risks turning Europe into a front line for U.S.-Russia rivalry, with devastating potential consequences.
Further escalation of the war could drag Europe into a broader conflict, one in which it has little to gain but much to lose. Europe’s close proximity to the conflict zone makes it more vulnerable to military retaliation, refugee crises, and economic disruption. Moreover, escalating tensions between NATO and Russia could lead to the very real danger of a nuclear confrontation—a scenario in which Europe would undoubtedly bear the brunt of the destruction.

The U.S., protected by an ocean and more distant from the conflict, faces far fewer immediate threats from a potential military escalation. Meanwhile, Europe, with its geographic proximity and historical vulnerabilities, is far more exposed to the dangers of this confrontation.
Political Dependency and Loss of Autonomy
In following the U.S.’s lead, Europe also risks undermining its own political autonomy. European leaders have long called for “strategic autonomy,” the idea that Europe should be able to act independently on the global stage, particularly in matters of defense and foreign policy. However, by following the U.S. line on Ukraine, Europe is essentially ceding control over its own security decisions to Washington. . . .

Cuba, which was
free from hunger in the years after the 1959 revolution, now faces an
unprecedented shortage of essential food items, including bread. This
humanitarian delivery is set to distribute enough wheat flour to provide bread
for millions of people in the provinces of Pinar del Rio, Artemisa, Mayabeque,
Matanzas, and Havana. While this critical campaign has succeeded in carrying
out this delivery, it wasn’t without significant hurdles created by the
blockade. In the process, we reached out to 14 different grain producers in the
U.S. to purchase the massive order but received not a single positive response.
In order to successfully complete the delivery, the grain had to be shipped
from Turkey and suffered delays because of the U.S. government’s policy of

In that Invitation I spoke of "the commons" both as the Peace Day venue and also as an on-going campaign and commoning way of organizing ourselves.
I just sent an Update Report to the "commoners list," ...those who signed up their presence on the commons web site.
This report expressed my views of what's happening and invited more participation.
It seems proper to share this Report more widely, and invite others to sign up on the website to receive further updates and reports, and to participate.

Update Report on the Commons.
We had a splendid Earth Day, last April 22 and a joyous City Bicentennial Birthday Party, May 25 for Ann Arbor’s 200th Birthday, since 1824. We hosted a Medical "Disaster Response" Supply collection, filling a shipping container for a clinic in Tanzania. We provided space for a Really, Really Free Store that passed along lots of good stuff for the sheer joy of sharing, and also demonstrating the viability of the commons space for the flea and free market approaches to TMS, the common malady of “too much stuff.” We also debuted the "Strega-traveling Kitchen and Tonic Bar," a local food truck complementing the great music with tasty treats from the culinary arts. Earlier, in January, we marked Martin Luther King, Jr. Day with a program, “Share your dream,” and we had a "Write a letter to the President" for Presidents’ Day in February.
The Summer has been relatively quiet in the Center of the City, except for the ever enlivening Sonic Lunches on Thursdays in Liberty Plaza.
The International Day of Peace is coming up again, Saturday September 21, on the Library Lane lot.
Needed now more than ever. “What can we do in our town?”
The Ann Arbor Coalition Against War, AACAW, has joined in sponsorship with the Megiddo Peace Project and the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom, and others welcome.. This will be the 15th Peace Day on the commons, annually since 2014. The program will mix music, song, dance, art and discussion. Beginning discussion on hot topics from the stage and continuing conversation to go deeper and encourage more participation at discussion tables. Topics will range from Native America, Israel and Palestine, Russia and Ukraine, China, the commons and the culture of peace, climate and the war system itself, and of course politics. Much to learn and share. There will be a report on a crowd- sourcing effort among peacemakers “What is needed to end the whole war system.”
The gardens are in full bloom and lush, and the Green Team has kept three areas developing and pollinator friendly. There is always need for more volunteer gardeners and there are more garden spaces ready for good nurturing. A beautiful Mural was created by TreeTown Murals, with generous patronage from local artists...keeping the garden bright through all the seasons. The Peace Day will have an exploratory Art Studio on public art and creativity.
Our renewed insurance policy will allow us to encourage community groups more easily to host programs the commons, with the Initiating Committee’s co-sponsorship, as it is for Peace Day, providing otherwise costly separate liability insurance.
*****************. This to all to say the Campaign for the Commons continues. On the more troubled side, so does "the war against the commons.” Last year saw the publication of an excellent overview of the big picture by Ian Angus, titled “The War Against The Commons.”...summarizing the long story of governments and corporations taking and privatizing previously shared and commonly held resources. The expropriation and exploitation of resources and people, “x squared“ as local historian Peter Linebaugh succinctly describes it, was taught in our high school history as happening back in the 13th and 14th centuries, Magna Carta times and the 1381 Wat Tyler peasant revolt. The fact now is that this x squared process continues to a far far greater extent than ever, in Africa, Asia and Latin America...and, sadly, in Ann Arbor as well.
The Campaign for the Commons won the People’s Vote on November 6, 2018, that the City owned land in the Center of the City should be developed as a Central Park and Civic Center Commons. A Center of the City Task Force pointed a way forward. The Appendix of its Report contained the text of the Nobel Prize in Economics on "The Governance of the Commons." After much slow walking, a Council of the Commons was appointed by the City as advisory and a place for public input. In 2022, this Council of the Commons disbanded itself, eliminating any place of public input, and made a Recommendation to the City to hire “professional consultants,” outsourcing creativity and ignoring all the commonlng work done from the bottom up. The Report of the Council of the Commons eliminated the very word “commons” from the entirety of its text, and recommended instead City control of public areas that the people had voted should be open to all and self managed by the users, as a commons.
A complicated and costly process of access remains in place for people to use the Library Lane lot. The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) continues to park cars in the Park, eliminating the causal use and free access appropriate for a Central Park. The idea of a Civic Center Building, a visitor center, an Ann Arbor public building has yet to make it to any City Council or commission or advisory agenda. The DDA, in refusing to recognize the re-purposing of this “Center of the City” space, also refuses to share storage space on the alley, that could be used for commons supplies and for toilet facilities. Easy improvements like wi-fi access on all the commons areas have yet to be included in any of the City program projections.
A backward step even was taken in Liberty Plaza, with the City removing tables and thus eliminating easy picnicking and the chess, cards and cribbage games that were regular parts of the Plaza ambiance and the outdoor family room quality it once had.. The Parks Department, we are told, (though the Director said he didn’t know why,) has put off until next year even the writing of a Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek “professional consultation” on how follow the Article 1, Section 4. of the Ann Arbor City Charter, directing that unambiguously, in perpetuity, this Center of the City City Owned Land be developed as an “urban central park and a civic center” as a “commons” ….by definition, commonly pooled resources self-managed by the users.
The Mayor opposed the passage of the Amendment to the City Charter at the beginning and ever since. Developer minded politicians see this valuable property and they see money, and they were surprised that the People Voted for the People, that this “Center of the City” public land should be open to all, for everyone, as best we can.
There was support for the commons on the City Council when the Campaign was unfolding. Now, with influx of “developer money”, costlier campaigns, and two year elections being replaced by 4 year terms, the Mayor has a full majority on the City Council, able to ignore their responsibilities to the voters.
Indeed in December 2019, more than a frustrating year after the Amendment passage, with the cars still parked in the Park-that-was-to-be, the then City Council passed a resolution and mandated that all revenue collected from the parking on the repurposed Library Lane lot would be held in a Fund for commons development. So far in the near six years of continued parking that Fund, that should be available for commons development, could be half a million dollars. A FOIA request asking for the actual dollar number for the total revenue from the lot, since November 6, 2018, through the single meter entrance, was “denied” saying the "data is not available." And the City Administration says there is no money.
The “Commons”...self management by the users...won the Nobel Prize in Economics, demonstrating in the research on the “Governance of the Commons”, that the commons is the best way and most productive and beneficial way to manage commonly pooled resources, like land, to start with.
Our Mayor and his City Council allies are unaligned with modern knowledge. For City Leadership this should be deeply embarrassing in this University Town. There is an amazing literature and inspiring urban development of commoning all over the world...but not in our most educated City in the United States
Worse though than willful ignorance of better ways, they ignore the Vote of the People and the works of many to create reality of the vision. While Ann Arbor seems to pride itself as a democratic town, and the elected leaders seem wanting to keep Democrat as the partisan party name, the practice, since November 6, 2018 has been quite the contrary.
We live in a kind of “totalitarian democracy.” Let the people speak, but ignore what they say ...drowned in Task Forces, Councils, Authorities and unwritten Requests For Proposals, and do what you want, “the Government knows best,” as though the Vote never mattered.
This process has greatly discouraged many people...”What ever happened to the commons?" is a common question, often asked in a wistful past tense. The many thousands who voted for the park..however widely or narrowly viewed, might lose faith in democracy at all, witnessing the difficulties of dealing with two faced governance.
Our formal Initiating Committee has in-formalized itself around the several permitted programs, with a good logistics team. Once strained relations that developed when nothing much could get done have begun warming as we more see that we are in the same sea of bureaucratically entrenched leadership disrespecting the public democracy, and as well of their Oaths of Office.
More positively seen, this BiCentennial Year has opened a lot of longer view thinking. The logic of the commons , with more education, can come to be better appreciated. Two efforts for follow up suggest themselves, and volunteers would be welcome:
First, work with the Board of Education and private schools to develop a “Commons Curriculum” for the public schools, and private as well. The students say, nothing is taught. What is the commons?
And Second, work with Ann Arbor District Library to provide that a “Shelf of Commons Literature” is easily available in all the Libraries, and the Library be a resource of commoning materials and archives.
In a similar positive mode, the “Next Program” envisioned after Peace Day is a “Celebration of the Commons” itself: All the ideas and proposals and drawings and designs, that have been put forward and all the programs that have been done, are an amazing foundation on which to build, and this program can be inviting what is new on people’s minds for the Center of the City, and for the beginning Ann Arbor’s Third Century.
A “Next Program” Planning Committee can also highlight connections with global commoning developments, relating to sustainability and regeneration. The wisdom of the Commons is something from which we can learn in our energy and climate policies.

Strategic deterrence is one of the most important aspects of any global power’s/superpower’s security architecture. Countries such as Russia and the US have the world’s largest stockpiles of thermonuclear weapons, meaning that their ability to inflict untold damage on anyone is absolutely unparalleled.
However, despite this, not even such superpowers should focus entirely on the military part of their doctrine, but on maintaining normal communication with other nuclear-armed states and ensuring that the world at least doesn’t get destroyed because of some trivial miscalculation.
However, the United States seems to have other ideas. Namely, despite its perpetual, unprecedented aggression against the entire world, Washington DC is also responsible for creating the most dangerous strategic situation the world has ever seen, one that could easily result in the total annihilation of humanity.
America is the only country on Earth that has a plan to wage a simultaneous nuclear war with three nuclear-armed states – Russia, China and North Korea. Back in March, the US government adopted a new nuclear strategy that addresses this possibility, pushing for a more “decisive” response by the Pentagon. This extremely important document is updated approximately every four years, meaning that its changes are highly classified. According to The New York Times, this new strategy is “the first to examine in detail whether the United States is prepared to respond to nuclear crises that break out simultaneously or sequentially, with a combination of nuclear and non-nuclear weapons”. This was previously underscored by Pranay Vaddi, Special Presidential Assistant and Senior Director for Arms Control, Disarmament, and Nonproliferation at the National Security Council (NSC).
Vaddi and other high-ranking US officials, particularly those from the NSC, have publicly discussed the strategy changes, with Vaddi stating back in June that the plan underscores “the necessity to deter Russia, China and North Korea”, all at the same time. Another important change is also the fact that Moscow isn’t considered the sole strategic threat to the US, as this now applies to China as well. And while Russia’s strategic arsenal, the world’s most powerful, is still considered the primary threat to America, for the very first time, the strategy places significant emphasis on China. The US military projects that Beijing’s nuclear arsenal could grow from around 500 warheads to 1,500 by 2035, which is still a long way to go, as well as an effort that will require enormous investment in the military and a massive change in China’s nuclear/strategic doctrine, as Beijing would be tripling its current thermonuclear arsenal.
What’s more, in doing so, China would also be switching from a highly defensive strategic posture to an offensive one. However, despite this growing arsenal, it still remains a fraction of the stockpiles held by Washington DC and Moscow. In comparison, according to the latest data by the Federation of American Scientists, the US is in possession of exactly 5,044 warheads, 1,419 of which are deployed, while Russia has 5,580, with 1,549 deployed. In other words, both superpowers already have the number of deployed warheads that China’s entire arsenal is expected to reach no sooner than 2035, while it will still be three to four times smaller overall. However, the US is determined to push Beijing into a Cold War-like competition regardless. China’s minimalistic approach to strategic deterrence seems to be “too pacifist” for the US, which is why it’s doing everything in its power to push Beijing into an arms race.

Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) has tested positive for COVID-19, with the senator [54] stating he is experiencing mild symptoms.
