Dear Colleagues and Friends of CEIMSA,
What is real hell doing in our world?
A suggested answer to this question is the old adage: “While Catholics know they believe, Marxists believe they know.”
Complicity with genocide.
Collusion with the interests of the ruling class is a slippery slope that invites catastrophe. It is hard to fathom a culture which is independent of the influences of the owners of the political economy, who are now in possession of a cultural hegemony with advanced technologies.
While western juridical origins of “presumed innocence” date back to the English Magna Carta, signed by King John of England in 1215, with its doctrine of “habeas corpus” (at the insistence of rebel aristocrats demanding more political control over their lives), we seem, nevertheless, to be increasingly under ruling-class interpretations of law, not the least of which are the remnants of continental medieval Inquisitions, whose primary stipulation was always: “guilty until proven innocent.”
Most people understand that in modern society class interests play a decisive role in juridical interpretations. This was seen nowhere more clearly than during the Nazi infiltration of the German juridical system, which became saturated by fascist ideologues. This ideological infiltration of Nationalsozialismus took control of everything except the capitalist controlled German industrial production which continued to guarantee that the private profit motive behind the accumulation of great wealth in German society would remain unchallenged.
The 26+ items below are critical essays and articles that reflect some of the contradictions that still plague social class relations today. As we witness the United States transform into a pseudo-dictatorship, while capitalist interests continue to rule the laws of the political economy, the political lackeys on public stage appear to be lost and often comic, albeit increasingly lethal. We must wait to see if all this is a harbinger of things to come, or is simply « le plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose ».

Trump and his advisers are aware of these dynamics. The unasked question today concerns the plan for the future of the battered Palestinian survivors of the horrors of Israel’s violent response to October 7, 2023. For them the long game is far from over.
The Trump administration is playing another long game, or trying to, in the streets of US cities under Democratic Party governance, using existing presidential emergency powers to send National Guard, Army troops and ICE agents to hunt down and arrest suspected undocumented immigrants and detain and deport them, without the due process demanded by the Constitution. What’s happening now may be a trial run for the use of those forces to interfere on the behalf of the president and the Republican Party in states where the Democratic Party has a chance to win crucial seats in next fall’s Congressional elections. I’ve been told by someone with inside knowledge that planning for such action is now under way in the White House.

Forgotten news segments show how widely acknowledged vaccine injuries were before the media was bought out by the pharmaceutical industry.

Any and all questioning of vaccine safety and effectiveness is now
effectively forbidden. We are dealing with the consequences of decades of
propaganda, censorship, and industrial capture of all forms of investigation
and discussion.
I posted two simple questions on "X"- both of which provoked an
amazing amount of hate speech, but also considerable support;
1) Can we at least agree that it would be good to have safer and more effective
vaccines that are rigorously tested according to established modern regulatory
standards?
2) I look forward to the day when it is no longer acceptable to censor and
ridicule parents of vaccine injured children.
Here "A Midwestern Doctor" provides evidence for the role of media capture. The NYT has recently examined the plight of the COVID vax injured.
Story at a Glance:
•Something about vaccines (e.g., their promise of a
simple injection being sufficient to safely and effectively end all diseases)
has always deeply appealed to the minds of government officials.
•Unfortunately, that promise is often a lie, so over and over, unsafe and
ineffective vaccines enter the market. When this happens, the officials who are
invested in them do everything they can to protect the vaccines from scrutiny
and cover up each red flag that emerges and the medical field has dutifully
complied.
•In previous decades, the press was much less corrupt than it is now and occasionally would air real investigations into what happened which highlighted the immense suffering many have faced.
•Collectively, these segments both show how much more
candid the media used to be about the issues, and how closely many of the
things discussed back then are exactly the same as the lies we face now.
•Since those TV programs made many who were suffering from the vaccine injuries
realize they were not alone, this created a massive PR problem the vaccine
industry, which was eventually solved by preventing any future segments from
airing.
•This article was written in the hope that collective amnesia could be broken as we are now at the precipice of the pharmaceutical industry’s grip over the media being broken. For that reason, in this article, I compiled 54 news reports on the dangers of vaccination which have been almost entirely forgotten and would never be aired today.
A key theme I’ve tried to highlight in this publication is that the same medical catastrophes keep repeating (because those responsible are never held accountable), so by understanding what happened in the past, you can see and understand what is happening now and what will likely happen in the future.
For example, because vaccines are “risky but necessary,” the medical profession and government, again and again, concluded that they needed to tell the public all vaccines were “safe and effective” as the potential injuries a mass vaccination campaign would cause were outweighed by “necessary” benefit the vaccines could offer. As such, examples can be found again and again of severe injuries being systematically covered up for the “greater good” (e.g., the earliest documented example I know of this happened in 1874 with the smallpox vaccine) and health authorities concocting the same set of excuses we’ve seen since smallpox as to why those vaccines failed to prevent the diseases they were supposed to.
Since the risks outweigh the benefits for most vaccines (detailed here), a mass vaccination paradigm can only be sustained by censoring all evidence of harm, and then using that absence of evidence as proof the vaccines are safe. As such, over the decades, we’ve seen more and more be done to conceal those harms.
For example, as I showed here, for almost a century, severe neurological injuries following vaccination were routinely reported in the medical literature. Now however, vaccine injuries are censored, and it is virtually impossible to get anything critical of vaccines published in a “reputable” academic journal.
Likewise, despite the “science” saying vaccines are
safe, it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of any raw dataset which could
objectively answer that question—which Steve Kirsch awoke the public to
throughout COVID-19 by publicizing the endless stonewalling he ran into during
his relentless quest to get that data.
Note: VAERS, a publicly available injury database the public could submit to, was
originally created as part of the 1986 National
Childhood Vaccine Injury Act to address an unwillingness by both doctors
and vaccine makers to ever report injuries (and hence claim the absence of them
was evidence they didn’t happen). Once the act was enacted, the media,
government, and medical industry has
done all they could to sabotage and disparage it (as they never wanted an
open reporting system).
Oddly enough, one of the few datasets we got access to on the dangers of the COVID vaccines originated from South Korea, where electronic medical records from the national health insurance service (totaling roughly half of Seoul’s population) were analyzed, which revealed a large increase in many common disorders.
Following this, another study was published, which revealed the COVID vaccines caused a 68% increase in depression, a 44% increase in anxiety and dissociative, stress-related, and somatoform disorders, and a 93.4% increase in sleep disorders.
I mention this, both because it’s unconscionable no one else was ever given access to databases which could have shown these serious issues, and because recently, they completed a study everyone who’s seen a rapid cancer following COVID vaccination has waited years for. Assessing the link between COVID vaccines and cancer, it found six were significantly elevated in vaccine recipients one year after receiving the vaccine:
Thyroid (+35.1%), Stomach (+33.5%), Colorectal (+28.3%), Lung (+53.3%), Breast (+19.7%), Prostate (+68.7%).
Additionally, they found many cancers were increased by boosting:
Pancreas
(+125%) Stomach (+23%) Brain (+24%) Esophagus (+21%) Liver (+17%) Bile
Ducts (+55%) Bladder (+21%) Cervical (+27%), Prostate (+26%), Hodgkin’s
Lymphoma (+201%)
Note: the increase in Pancreatic and Stomach cancer was statistically
significant.
If you take a step back, and consider how many people received the vaccines, the social costs of cancer spikes like these are staggering and the decision to withhold data like this from the public to “avoid creating vaccine hesitancy” was one of the greatest crimes of the COVID catastrophe.
Note: in this article, I have attempted to compile every media appearance where vaccine safety was debated. What you will notice throughout the clips here is that the same lines were used to protect the vaccine schedule (e.g., we just need to do more research before changing anything and will soon conduct the research…..but decades later, we still “need more research”) and that many of the things the vaccine safety advocates warned against and were vehemently denounced for suggesting later came to pass.
Mass Media Censorship
Actions like this were only possible due to the corporate media suppressing all dissent against the vaccines—even when large numbers of Americans felt the mandatory vaccines were severely injuring or killing their recipients and the press hence had a foundational duty to cover.
In response to a FOIA request filed by TheBlaze, [Biden’s] HHS revealed that it purchased advertising from major news networks including ABC, CBS, and NBC, as well as cable TV news stations Fox News, CNN, and MSNBC, legacy media publications including the New York Post, the Los Angeles Times, and the Washington Post, digital media companies like BuzzFeed News and Newsmax, and hundreds of local newspapers and TV stations. These outlets were collectively responsible for publishing countless articles and video segments regarding the vaccine that were nearly uniformly positive about the vaccine in terms of both its efficacy and safety.
Note: the amount spent per network is unknown, but likely totaled a billion. Additionally, in 2009, the H.H.S. Secretary testified to congress about similar partnerships (e.g., with Seasame Street) to promote the H1N1 vaccine.
Because of this, many people in the media wanted to speak out against the vaccines, but effectively could not, and to my knowledge, other than a few Fox hosts lightly criticizing them, only two did. One, a recently hired reporter at a local station, on live television announced Fox was muzzling stories the public wanted to hear (and was promptly fired) after which she provided secret recordings to Project Veritas corroborating this censorship.
The other was Tucker Carlson, who was able to leverage both being the most popular news host in America and having a show which did not rely upon pharmaceutical funding to speak out against the vaccines without being fired. Nonetheless, this was still a huge risk for him and eventually, after airing this remarkable 4-19-23 segment (which took a lot of courage), at immense cost to Fox News, was immediately fired. . . . .

“Covid Scientific Misconduct Rages On At The World's Top Medical Journals”

JAMA just published a study in order to bury a severely disturbing truth - that Covid vaccine policy victimized pregnant women by killing an untold number of their babies. There, I said it. Period.
As my long-time readers know, my post-academic medical career has been driven by an unwavering commitment to exposing medical journal fraud in the world's high-impact journals. This one has me so outraged I cannot contain myself (because they are targeting babies and pregnant women, my God).
This is a brief post, “inspired,” more accurately, “triggered” by yesterday’s absolute masterclass of a post from my colleague Jack Lyons-Weiler, entitled “How To Bias A Study On Covid-19 Vaccine Safety in Pregnancy” (Ed: you HAVE to subscribe to his Substack, one of the most erudite on Substack IMO).
What happened is that JAMA just published a study that purportedly compared the rates of fetal malformations in mothers who got the COVID jab versus the fortunate ones who did not. In the study, they purposely:
· Only looked at live births, not all pregnancies - misses 32% of them
· Only looked ’til one year old: misses another 10-40%
· Only looked at billing codes: misses another 20-40%
Doing the above (and propensity weighting the groups, which invites immense additional opportunity for chicanery), they happily arrived at the following conclusion: . . . .

For some of the COVID-19 vaccines, the drug substances released to market were manufactured differently than those used in clinical trials. Rationale for study Manufacturing nucleoside-modified mRNA for commercial COVID-19 vaccines relies on RNA polymerase transcription of a plasmid DNA template. Previous studies identified high levels of plasmid DNA in vials of mRNA vaccines, suggesting that the removal of residual DNA template is problematic. Therefore, we quantified the DNA load in a limited number of Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 modRNA vaccine vials using two independent methods. These three deep state operatives have formed a coven to operate as the front line purveyors of a corporate re-branding of Palestine’s Gaza peninsular.
Tony Blair is already a recognised war criminal, having been personally responsible for the mass murder of 300,000 Iraqi citizens, on the basis that Saddam Hussein was in possession of ‘weapons of mass destruction’.
There were no such weapons, as special government weapons advisor Dr David Kelly strongly stated – and paid for his life in doing so.
But Blair’s bold faced lie set off the 2003 Iraq war, and the bombing into oblivion of the citizens and infrastructure of that tragic country. An action sanctioned by President George Bush and led by US ground forces under the brutal General ‘Rambo’ Schwarzkopf.
Well, now Blair is back, and has teamed up with that other frigidly cold, calculating killer Benjamin Netanyahu, to work out the best way to exterminate the Palestinian race and simultaneously make a profit from its blood.
Netanyahu’s overt act of genocide has earned him a United Nation’s citation as ‘perpetrator of crimes against humanity’. Aside from this, he has broken every international humanitarian treaty of the past century and is subject to arrest in any country with sufficient backbone and moral fiber to carry this through.
However, the USA is not one of those countries. President Donald Trump has vowed to keep rolling out the (blood) red carpet for his dear friend ‘Bibi’s’ Stateside visits.
Trump’s very existence appears to be controlled by Zionist Israel. His big, brash, bully authoritarian despotism has earned him friends in some quarters. Mostly those who think they see some financial advantage by sheltering under his wing.
He has a large “won’t say anything against our saviour” following amongst Republican voters who have been cheering him along his pompous MAGA bonanza.
The absurdity of all this is not seen by the masses. Few seem to realize that America was never ‘great’ in the first place. With a history that commenced with the violent oppression of indigenous Indian tribes and their ultimate incarceration is special ‘reserves’ followed by open encouragement to fall into alcohol and drug addiction.
USA was pretty much founded on the ethos ‘every man for himself’, which promoted a rush for material wealth and self-interest-driven land grabs, spurred on by an ego fueled belief that ‘big is beautiful’ and ownership is power.
A cruel civil war established the domination of big industry and the industrialisation and intense exploitation of almost everything, including vast areas of what was once the richest farmland in the world.
Or, is ‘once great America’ judged to be so honored due to its bombing and invasion of more than twenty eight countries since 1945, and the murder of countless millions of human beings via a Blitzkrieg policy designed to out-do the example set by Nazi Germany during the Second World War.
What does the bellicose real estate dealer Mr. Trump have to say about being the number one accomplice to the genocide of the Palestinians of Gaza?
About being the closest partner in Netanyahu’s ethnic cleansing regime?
About his continued role as weapons supplier for the Zionist supremacist goal of ending any possibility of Palestinians retaining their homes and regaining their rights to territories they have occupied for centuries?
What kind of degraded animal is this pompous poser who wants ‘to make America great again?’
By concentrating on this three-pointed nexus of evil, I don’t wish to obscure the fact that there are hundreds more human clones in positions of power in the world who have equally failed to lift a finger to end the Gaza carnage, or indeed any other acts of war that they themselves have knowingly provoked through a seemingly irreversible obsession with money and power.
This includes most of the planet’s religious institutions whose lofty rhetoric of “peace and love on earth” has proved entirely empty when put to the actual test of standing up against brutal villainy.
As Trump, Blair and Netanyahu pour over their blueprint for the construction of a ‘Palestine Free Riviera’ over the ashes of a razed Gaza, with its landscape of surreal Trump Towers, glistening steel high-rise apartments and multinational corporate power pyramids – the men, women and children of that territory continue to be subjected to mass starvation, murder, torture and eviction from their already gutted homes.
What more can one say about this despicably cruel carnage that reveals its perpetrators to be deeply sick, psychotic entities who take pleasure in death and operate at the lowest level of existence of the human species.
As long as such psychopathically hardened criminals continue to be allowed to roam this earth, barking out their executioner orders to a brain dead mind controlled military – there can be nothing but bloodshed in store for humanity.
This is an unconscionable prospect. . . . .

As Israel’s military invasion, indiscriminate slaughter and forced starvation in Gaza continue, questions as to how some 3,000 Hamas-led fighters were able to breach Israel’s security barriers on 7 October 2023 remain unanswered.
Israel’s government continues to reject an independent investigation, and evidence is mounting that the state’s top civilian and military leaders didn’t just miss the signs of an imminent assault, but may have purposely ignored them. The motive was to justify the ethnic cleansing of Gaza, the annexation of the West Bank and the creation of a larger Israel in occupied Palestine.
In addition, and surprisingly underreported, suspicious stock market activity just days before the October attack lends weight to the theory that someone somewhere knew something.
Earlier this month, a Haaretz investigation found that the top Israeli military leader for the Gaza area on 7 October had visited the site of the Supernova rave just an hour before the attack and took no precautions.
Lieutenant Colonel Haim Cohen, commander of the Northern Brigade in the Gaza Division, saw that only a handful of police officers were on duty at the crowded festival but told military investigators he had no information suggesting that he should have dispersed the crowd or beefed up security.
The Supernova rave, where 378 people were killed and 44 were taken hostage, was the deadliest single site on a day that saw 1,139 people killed in total and 240 people taken captive.
It is still unclear how many of the dead were killed by Palestinian fighters and how many were killed by Israel itself, due to its deadly Hannibal Directive.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s immediate response to the crisis has also come under scrutiny. His chief of staff and closest confidant, Tzachi Braverman, is accused of having altered Netanyahu’s phone logs to make them appear as if his first orders to his military on the morning of 7 October came earlier than they actually did.

On 14 September 2025, I woke up early to the sound of trucks honking at 7 am.
I stood and looked out from my bedroom window, which overlooks the al-Rimal neighborhood in Gaza City.
I saw a number of people carrying what was left of their belongings and heading south.
Some were carrying tattered cloth bags. Others were carrying broken solar panels.
Shop owners were emptying what remained of their wares, afraid of losing them in case their stores were destroyed.
For half an hour, I stood at my window, meditating on the sight of my street and the remaining buildings.
Then I saw my friend Ibrahim al-Sosi, 28, walking down the street.
I called out. “Good morning!”
“What’s up, Ali,” he replied. “Are you guys going to the south?”
“Never – I’d rather go to heaven than go to the south. The last time my family and I were forced to go south, it wasn’t our choice,” I told him, reminding him of when the Israeli troops stormed our house on 6 February 2024 in Gaza and ordered my family and I to go south before detonating our home.
Ibrahim then prayed that God would give us strength to remain steadfast in Gaza and said he was going to buy some falafel for breakfast.
I went inside to do my daily chores: filling containers with washing water and drinking water.
I then went to the market and searched for some products to buy like flour, rice, canned tuna, instant coffee packets and any available snacks.
In the late afternoon, after a lunch of some rice and boiled potato, I sat at the table on the balcony where I study every day and started watching an Introduction to English Literature, a Dr. Refaat Alareer lecture on YouTube.

Around 6:40 pm, I heard the screams of women and children in the street.
I opened the windows of the balcony to see what was happening.

As a result, many now argue we need to escape from Big Tech and its addictive character. But it's unknown if this is achievable. Critics argue Big Tech, through algorithms and data, manipulates our actions and choices in every aspect of our lives, so that human autonomy has already been radically undermined. Opting out is almost impossible. And Cambridge studies show anti-tech platforms, claiming to combat Big Tech addiction, often only replicate it in another form.
