A dystopian thriller film starring Charlton Heston, Leigh Taylor-Young, and Edward G. Robinson in his final film role. It is loosely based on the 1966 science-fiction novel Make Room! Make Room! by Harry Harrison, with a plot that combines elements of science fiction and a police procedural. The story follows a murder investigation in a dystopian future of dying oceans and year-round humidity caused by the greenhouse effect, with the resulting pollution, depleted resources, poverty, and overpopulation.[2][3]

We are controlled by a government “of the rich by the rich and for the rich,” acting according to ruling-class interests, whether we recognize it or not.
Of course, there is from time to time a “trickle down” effect (using the expression coined by the 40th President of the United States Ronald Reagan), but the cardinal achievement of this system of political economy which rules our behavior is the momentous transfer of wealth from 99% of the population into the pockets of the 1%, leaving millions of Americans destitute and confused, and reduced to an ideological existence captured by the debilitating political culture called: “survival of the fittest.” And according to the eugenicist cheerleaders: “You ain’t seen nothin’ yet!”
Meanwhile, the Depopulation Agenda seems to have become both de facto and de jure, and the many forms it takes are devastating for the vast majority of the population. Adding insult to injury, these victims are silenced by an official ideology which implies their innate inferiority and their cognitive disrepair; it challenges their very right to exist, while billionaires envision a repopulation of society in their own image, with their more worthy dominant genes, evinced, of course, by their poclivity to accumulate private ownership of capital; their consumer prowess; and, above all, their predatory cunning in a “new world order” of all-against-all.
The 26+ items below represent a selection of critical essays and articles taken from Anglophone social media which provide forensic evidence of the limits of another bourgeois "capitalist revolution," and the suicidal pathology of “terminal corporate capitalism.” What follows this capitalist revolution will be largely determined by that which precedes the completion of its transition.
Participatory democracy, with freedom of speech, remains the natural enemy tyranny. It alone can give birth to a new egalitarian society, worthy of being built and maintained. There is no place for Oligarchs and Plutocrats; the new system must assure a collective life --beyond tribal loyalties-- guided by the first principle of socalism: “from each according to his/her abilities; to each according to his/her needs.”

Claims that an Iran-backed group is carrying out attacks in European cities raise questions about why they’re not targeting countries directly involved in the US-Israeli war, and why they appear to communicate like Israelis.
Strangely, suspects arrested in the attacks have been released on bail.
A specter is haunting Europe – the specter of Ashab al-Yamin. Officially known as “Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamia (HAYI),” or the “Islamic Movement of the Companions of the Right,” the group mysteriously appeared in early March, and, according to mainstream media, it’s taking the continent by storm.
But a closer look at the supposedly Iran-backed terror organization suggests that it does not exist in any concrete form, and may be a confection of Israeli intelligence.
Though the nebulous HAYI claimed credit for torching ambulances belonging to a Jewish community organization in London on March 23, two suspects in the attack have been released on bail, and are not charged with any terror-related crimes. What’s more, London Metropolitan Police have so far refused to release the men’s names, raising questions about their identities. Were they even Muslim?
HAYI’s first public mention in the West came on March 11, when the previously non-existent organization released a video showing an explosive device detonating outside a synagogue in Liege, Belgium, alongside a statement taking credit for the attack.
The materials were circulated on social media by Joe Truzman, a self-described “Senior Research analyst examining Palestinian armed groups and Iranian proxy organizations” at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies (FDD), a neoconservative DC-based think tank founded in 2001 with the stated goal of working to “enhance Israel’s image.” As The Grayzone reported, the Trump White House plagiarized its public justification for attacking Iran word-for-word from an FDD paper.
Though Truzman declined to state where he’d found the materials, he wrote that “Telegram channels linked to the Axis of Resistance… widely disseminated the publications,” using a reference to a variety of resistance factions sympathetic to Iran and Palestine throughout the greater Middle East. The group he linked to, a popular Telegram channel called Sabereen News, made it clear they were reposting the video, which they said was the work of a group calling themselves “the companions.”
Almost immediately, Truzman began asserting that these “companions” were all but guaranteed to be a Tehran-linked cutout. For starters, he told British media, “their logo with the wording is a sign of a classic Iranian front organization.” And Iran had already threatened to carry out just such a wave of attacks, Truzman claimed. After all, he wrote, “On March 8, Majid Takht-Ravanchi, Iran’s deputy-foreign minister, warned that if a European country joined the US and Israel in the current war against the Islamic Republic, it would be a ‘legitimate’ target ‘for Iranian retaliation.’”
Over the next two weeks, the shadowy group would go on to take credit for burning a vehicle in a Jewish neighborhood in Antwerp, arson at a synagogue in Rotterdam, explosions near a Jewish school and financial office building in Amsterdam, firebombing Jewish-dedicated ambulances in London, and an unspecified attack in Greece.
So far, the only media outlet to have interviewed a member of HAYI is CBS News, which was recently purchased by David Ellison, the ultra-Zionist billionaire son of the largest individual donor to Israel’s military, Larry Ellison, who happens to be a close friend of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Bari Weiss, the editor-in-chief installed by Ellison at CBS, is a self-described “Zionist fanatic.”
Perfectly timed to set off another wave of security state theatrics and hysteria over rising antisemitism and Iranian infiltration, Israeli assets leaped on the narrative that a trans-continental IRGC sleeper cell had been unleashed upon the Old World. Yossi Kuperwasser, the former head of the IDF’s intelligence research division, was quoted in one British outlet as confirming that Iran “has dormant cells that could try and carry out terror attacks.” He added, “they are probably working to wake them up now.”
For those with their critical faculties still intact, the strange wave of attacks raised red flags – and acute suspicions of false flags.

“War is the health of the state.” That phrase, coined by Randolph Bourne, explains why opposition to war is a priority of many libertarians.
War allows governments to increase spending, taxes, and regulations in order to feed the war machine. Wars can justify measures that remain in place long after the wars end. An example of this is income tax withholding that was created to fund World War Two.
The use of war as a justification for increased interference in the market is reason enough for libertarians to oppose war. However, war also enables the government to violate liberty. During the Civil War, President Lincoln suspended habeas corpus, shut down newspapers, and instituted a military draft. The draft was also used in World Wars One and Two, as well as Korea and Vietnam. During World War One, Congress passed the Sedition Act, outlawing criticism of the government. Widespread violations of liberty are a hallmark of the ongoing “war on terror.” An infamous example of war being used to justify violations of liberty is the internment of Japanese Americans during World War Two.
Given this history, it is not surprising that the Iran War may lead to crackdowns on free speech. Following criticisms of the media’s coverage of the Iran War by President Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Brendan Carr made a post on Twitter telling broadcast networks that the FCC has the power to revoke their broadcast licenses if they do not fulfill their responsibility to act in the “public interest.” This was clearly a threat to revoke the license of any broadcast network whose coverage of the war displeases the Trump administration.

After the war, Allied powers—the United States, Great Britain, France, and the Soviet Union—came together to bring Nazi officials to justice. Over the course of thirteen total trials from 1945 to 1949, beginning with the International Military Tribunal in 1945, Nazi leaders stood trial for crimes against peace, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and conspiracy to commit these crimes.
Overview:
At the Moscow Conference on October 30, 1943, President Franklin D. Roosevelt, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, and Soviet Premier Joseph Stalin signed the Declaration of Atrocities, which stated:
"The United Kingdom, the United States and the Soviet Union have received from many quarters evidence of atrocities, massacres and cold-blooded mass executions which are being perpetrated by Hitlerite forces in many of the countries they have overrun . . . those German officers and men and members of the Nazi party who have been responsible for or have taken a consenting part in the above atrocities, massacres and executions will be sent back to the countries in which their abominable deeds were done in order that they may be judged and punished according to the laws of these liberated countries and of free governments which will be erected therein..."
In March 1945, the four major Allied powers proposed trying leading Nazi war criminals before a special international court. Nuremberg, Germany was chosen as the location of the trials for being a focal point of Nazi propaganda rallies leading up to the war. The Allies wanted Nuremberg to symbolize the death of Nazi Germany. At the International Military Tribunal (IMT), which lasted from November 1945 to October 1946, 21 of the 24 indicted Nazi leaders stood trial for crimes against peace, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and conspiracy to commit these crimes. The court convened in the Palace of Justice in Nuremberg, which was previously expanded by German prisoners to fit up to 1,200 detainees. The United States held 12 additional trials in Nuremberg after the IMT. In all, 199 defendants were tried, 161 were convicted, and 37 were sentenced to death.

Last night,
I watched Melania, because I don’t believe in
trashing any film without having seen it. Of course, it’s every bit as bad as
Trump’s detractors crowed—a work of stunning dullness, emptiness and
triviality.
But it included
something vastly more appalling than its overall inanity. Focused on Melania’s preparations for the second Trump inauguration,
and then the event itself, it replays the bit of Trump’s speech where he told
his massive audience, and the world, that he would be “a peacemaker and
unifier.”
With that
whopping lie in mind—probably the most egregious one he’s ever told, or ever
will have told—please read Craig Murray’s brilliant take on what is really
going on, and why. Although Trump’s clearly off his rocker (especially crazy
since his booster, seems to me), there is horrific method to his madness, as
the bloody plan unfolding now will make him, and others (including, of course,
the arms cartel), still more billions, and devastate the Middle East, its ruins
to be policed by Israel (which has always served that neo-colonial purpose,
first for Britain, now for the US).
To fight
what’s happening, we need to know what’s really going on, so we can confront it
more effectively than merely jeering Trump and his chief goons, and/or joining

The mainstream media, particularly the New York Times and the Washington Post continue to normalize Donald Trump by applying everyday terms to his personality and his presidency. He has been called an “isolationist,” a “neo-isolationist,” and currently an “imperialist.” Peter Baker, who has been covering the White House for the past several decades, now believes that it is “anger” that defines the Trump presidency. These descriptions normalize the Trump presidency and avoid the rages that are unique to Donald Trump.
Two terms that make the Trump presidency unique in
American history are “megalomania” and “pathological narcissism.” I
discussed his “megalomania” several weeks ago, emphasizing his extreme
obsession with power, wealth, and self-importance. In the past year,
Trump has used military force in the Middle East, the Persian Gulf, West
Africa, the Horn of Africa, the Caribbean, South
America, and the eastern Pacific. He has threatened attacks on Colombia,
Denmark, Canada, and now Cuba is in his crosshairs. The joint
U.S.-Israeli attack on Iran’s Natanz nuclear
enrichment facility points to the risks that Trump will assume. Trump is
also threatening to use the centuries-old Insurrection Act to deploy U.S.
troops in American cities, namely sanctuary cities, perhaps to compromise
America’s elections later this year.
Not even megalomania and pathological narcissism accounts for Trump’s
hyper-aggressive acts. His rages go far beyond the tempers of other
presidents. His rage causes him to pursue hostile actions against those
who have slighted him or have failed to do what he wants them to do.
Now, Trump’s pathological narcissism, a hard-to-treat personality disorder, is on full display. Trump is intoxicated by praise and, as a result, his closest aides must constantly show fealty by engaging in false flattery. Even heads of state have joined this parade, expressing exaggerated praise in order to gain favor. The most recent example was Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, who had to endure an obnoxious reference to Pearl Harbor and surprise attacks, but managed to credit Trump with trying to secure peace around the globe. Diplomatic norms mean nothing to Trump.

Kent resigned so publicly three weeks ago because the latter believed that
President Trump was “under duress” from the interests pushing for war in the
Middle East and that he wanted the President and those in power to know that
the Special Operations community does not support a war with Iran.
He says that
after 30 years in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, etc, and going further back to
Vietnam, the veteran community is extremely bitter about the false premises and
the futility of these campaigns and how while they were putting their lives on
the line, their kids were being wrecked with Marxist gender ideology, even
within the DoDDS system that serves the children of military
overseas. Moreover, they were being force-vaccinated with bioweapons
and betrayed by the DoD at
almost every turn.
EM says,

Blaine
agrees, saying that these Neocon interests have
created a monster among the community of ~17 million military veterans in the
US that is going to become very unwieldy for them to deal with, describing it as a “Sleeping Giant, which is not so sleepy
anymore”.
George Webb has a
different understanding of the forces at work behind the operation in Iran,
which he says boil down essentially to “A Tale of Two Pipelines”. He says, “The
Rothschild interests are going nuts right now, because the Rothschild pipeline
through Iran is getting blown up and also, the Rothschild customer base of
highly-enriched uranium and bio-agents for Iran is getting blown up.”
George
explains that Joe Kent is working for the Rothschild/City of London and that he
is a toady of John
Brennan, Jim Woolsey,
Jack Lew and of all the
Obama insiders who did the Iran Nuclear Deal
and of those affiliated with Genie Energy; of those
who want to build the Rothschild pipeline through Syria.
He says that
in order to keep the “Rothschild Teeter-Totter” going, both Israel and Iran
needed to have the ability to use nuclear weapons asymmetrically without
causing a nuclear war.
He says Bibi Netanyahu represents an alternate Israeli faction that
he calls “Old Mossad” that wants to sidestep Iran and
Syria in favor of building a pipeline across the Arabian Peninsula to the top
of the Gulf of Aqaba, connecting with the Eilat–Ashkelon
Pipeline and from there, the EastMed
Pipeline. George claims this is the basis of the Abraham Accords for
peace in the Middle East, versus the Rothschild model that profits from the
world always teetering on the brink of destruction.
