Iran believes Trump is likely to resume the war in failed quest to declare victory, a senior Iranian official told Drop Site.
President Donald Trump is scrambling to find a way to declare victory in the war against Iran—vacillating between public demands to make a deal and threats to unleash a new round of massive bombing. The U.S. naval blockade on the Strait of Hormuz has sparked a global economic and energy crisis, and neither the blockade nor Trump’s threats have resulted in Iranian capitulation or a willingness to forfeit any of its rights to control maritime traffic in the Strait.
A senior Iranian official told Drop Site that while Iran is actively engaged in indirect diplomacy with the U.S. via mediators, it has no intention of participating in direct talks until the U.S. blockade is unconditionally lifted.
“Based on current assessments, another military attack seems likely. [Trump’s] goals from the naval blockade haven’t been achieved,” the official said. “He can’t keep the blockade going for much longer. We think the U.S. will focus on Hormuz, so military attacks and operations will likely expand along Iran’s coastline, along with a new wave of assassinations [against Iranian leaders] they may pursue jointly with Israel.”
The official, who requested anonymity because he is not authorized to publicly comment, has direct knowledge of internal deliberations in Tehran. Trump, he argued, has limited options to find an off-ramp from his increasingly unpopular war.
“We have succeeded, through the sustained management of the Strait of Hormuz under our control, in effectively transforming the unilateral pressure imposed by the Americans into a reciprocal one. As time progresses, the restrictions imposed on this strategic chokepoint will generate increasingly widespread consequences for various goods and commodities worldwide,” he said. “The United States has, in practice, positioned itself as a destabilizing force for the global economy particularly in the energy sector. This development, from a strategic perspective, works clearly and substantially to Iran’s advantage.”
On Sunday afternoon, Trump announced that the U.S. would begin to “guide” merchant vessels stuck in the Strait out of Iranian waters. “If, in any way, this Humanitarian process is interfered with, that interference will, unfortunately, have to be dealt with forcefully,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. U.S. Central Command announced that it would support what Trump called “Project Freedom” with “guided-missile destroyers, over 100 land and sea-based aircraft, multi-domain unmanned platforms, and 15,000 service members.”

Within thirteen years Britain had sent four hundred and fifty thousand soldiers to take it. The war was publicly justified as a campaign to protect British settlers denied voting rights by the Boer government. But behind that justification was a financial network built over twenty years — connecting the most powerful private banking house in Britain, the most ambitious imperialist of the Victorian era, and the man specifically appointed to make conflict inevitable. N.M. Rothschild and Sons had been financing Cecil Rhodes since he entered the Kimberley diamond fields in eighteen seventy-one. By eighteen eighty-eight Rothschild capital had built De Beers Consolidated Mines into a monopoly controlling ninety percent of global diamond production. When gold was discovered at Witwatersrand in eighteen eighty-six the same partnership moved to control the gold fields. The problem was that the gold lay inside an independent Boer republic whose president had no intention of surrendering political control of the Transvaal to British mining interests. The Jameson Raid of eighteen ninety-five — a privately financed military coup attempt organised through the Rhodes network — failed catastrophically. Alfred Milner was then appointed British High Commissioner for South Africa with a specific brief. His private correspondence — held at the Bodleian Library in Oxford — documents in his own words that he considered war the most satisfactory outcome and that he was determined to force the issue. He spent two years rejecting every Boer concession and engineering the diplomatic conditions that made war inevitable. Four days after the Peace of Vereeniging ended the war in May nineteen oh two the first gold mine on the Witwatersrand reopened. A few weeks ago, Karoline Leavitt told the press, with a straight face (the only one she has) that Donald Trump “is about the best-read president in history.” Let’s give her the benefit of the doubt, and assume that she meant American history; although, if one asked her, she might deny it, since, in her wide, empty eyes, Trump is the absolute best president in every way‚ not just in US history, but in the history of the world. Certainly that’s what he thinks; and so she thinks it, too (unless she only said it out of fear).
In any case, to say that Donald Trump is “about the best-read president” in this nation’s history is hardly less ridiculous than claiming that he’s better-read than, say, Charles de Gaulle, Nelson Mandela and/or Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. That’s a laugh; but claiming that DJT is better-read than (say) Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Woodrow Wilson and/or John F, Kennedy is just as laughable, since Trump, who read only books on business while at Wharton, and self-help guides like Norman Vincent Peale’s The Power of Positive Thinking, reads nothing now—except the press, as Leavitt clarified, claiming that he’s always scanning what the press pumps out.

The US Army hantavirus DNA “vaccines” are not vaccines. They are literally plasmid DNA gene-therapies. Each one contains lab-made circular DNA (plasmids) carrying the hantavirus M-segment genes that code for the virus’s surface glycoproteins (Gn and Gc). When injected (often with a needle-free jet injector or electroporation device), your own cells absorb the DNA, read it like a blueprint, and start manufacturing the pathogenic hantavirus proteins themselves.
