Dear Colleagues and Friends of CEIMSA,
Looking for patterns in the chaos and the intentional deceptions which pass as American culture today, we are reminded of the young Marx who once wrote: “We judge people by what they do, and not by what they say they are.”
Readers of CEIMSA would be well advised to examine carefully what is issuing out of the Anglophone social media, and to understand it as an on-going report on new social configurations in the making. Class conflicts take their direction from the perceptions of participants which are more related to collective experiences of events in objective reality than to an individual’s subjective reception of received ideas from imaginary events. While both of these experiences play a role in determining social existence, for the most part what we see, feel and smell (either consciously or unconsciously) carries more weight in the formation of our collective understanding than any repetitious propaganda with which we might be bludgeoned almost every day of our lives. The truth is found in a carefully weighed assessment of the facts by rational beings who are capable of comparing and contrasting ideas, while taking into account their complexities. Such a capacity comes from practical experience in ordinary social life, including relationships in our family, our community, and at our place of work. Without cognizance of these experiences, we are left in an imaginary limbo –with no orientation and with no purpose.
The 26+ items below should be used to test our understanding of life around us, and its interrelationship with global events; ultimately we can compare and contrast our understandings with those of others who might share our common interests.

Throughout the U.S.-Israeli war with Iran, President Donald Trump has constantly flailed in his campaign to portray it as a historic success. The blunt reality is that what Trump announced as a quick and easy war of regime change rapidly transformed into a quagmire. For the past two months, Trump has struggled to find a way to declare victory, alternating between claims that Iran is begging him for a deal and threats to destroy Iranian civilization.
On Thursday morning, Trump threatened to hit Iran “very hard.” Later in the day, Trump claimed a deal was now at hand, suggesting it could be signed as early as this weekend. “Based on the fact that discussions with the Islamic Republic of Iran have been brought to the highest level of Iranian leadership and approved, I have, as President of the United States of America, cancelled the scheduled strikes and bombings against Iran this evening,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “Discussions and final points have been, in both concept and great detail, approved by all parties involved.”
Trump has made such claims more than three dozen times since the initial two-week ceasefire was signed on April 7, and behind the scenes, Iranian officials maintain they have stood firm in protecting their own red lines in any deal framework.
This time, however, the initial response from Tehran indicates that a deal may well take shape. According to Iranian officials and state-affiliated media outlets, a breakthrough occurred this week when Trump backed off a series of new demands and ultimatums and accepted a deal that would adhere to a framework ironed out in May in indirect negotiations between Tehran and Washington.
On Friday morning, Drop Site’s Jeremy Scahill spoke to one of the top Iran analysts, Dr. Hassan Ahmadian, Associate Professor of Middle East Studies at Tehran University. Since the war began, Ahmadian has become one of the most prominent Iranian commentators in the Islamic world because of his viral appearances on Al Jazeera Arabic.
“The United States has hit the hard rock of a formidable force that stopped its aggression and they have to deal with it,” said Ahmadian. “President Trump realized that he cannot change the failure, the military failure of the war into a diplomatic win.”
They discuss the events leading up to Trump’s announcement on Thursday, Iran’s red lines—including the unfreezing of assets and an end to the war on Lebanon—and how Israel will seek to sabotage a deal while continuing its overt and covert actions targeting Iran. They also discuss the economic impact on Iran and the domestic political situation.

Presidential Emergency Action Documents have a long history, but Trump's invocation of them on immigration betrays their original purpose.
This is an account of the authorities, many of them top secret and higher, that permit President Donald Trump and his more knowledgeable senior aides to carry on their violent and vicious attacks on minorities and those who disagree with them and their policies with legislative and even legal impunity.
The answer lies in most cases with what are known as Presidential Emergency Action Documents (PEADs), which have enabled Trump today and his predecessors before him to suspend fundamental constitutional rights, detain civilians, seize property, impose martial law, and censor communications. These extraordinary powers have been put to widespread use by Trump and his aides, such as White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller and Director of the Office of Management and Budget Russell Vought. They have acted with no congressional authority, no judicial review, and no statutory mechanism for Congress to terminate their powers, once activated, as they have been since Trump took office.
These little known and rarely discussed authorities have been developed across more than a dozen administrations, since Dwight Eisenhower was in office, by presidents of both political parties, and their secrecy and authority have yet to be successfully challenged in Congress or by a federal court. One of the most detailed accounts of PEADs, last updated in 2024, has been prepared by the Brennan Center for Justice, a public policy group sponsored by NYU School of Law. It warns of the political danger of PEADs as extraordinary secret presidential documents that have never been declassified or leaked: “It appears they are not even subject to congressional oversight. Although the law requires the executive branch to report even the most sensitive covert military and intelligence operations to at least some members of Congress, there is no such disclosure requirement for PEADs, and no evidence that the documents have ever been shared with relevant congressional committees.”
I am summarizing here the initial paragraphs from what is perhaps the most detailed and up-to-date private study of PEADs written by Joel McCleary, a former aide to President Jimmy Carter and an expert on biological weapons. McCleary has steeped himself for decades in the study of secret presidential authorities. He is a low-profile Harvard graduate who served as treasurer of the Democratic National Committee during the Carter administration and later led projects for the Defense Department and Homeland Security regarding pandemic and biological defense issues. I wrote a book on chemical and biological warfare and worked with members of Congress in the months before President Richard Nixon agreed in 1969 to enact a US ban on such weapons. A friendship was inevitable when McCleary and I first met decades ago, but we grew closer after Trump took office for a second time in 2025 and began a massive attack on the federal government workforce and authorized Stephen Miller, who by any standard is a sadistic extremist, to carry out the mass deportation of Hispanics and others, both undocumented individuals and persons in the country legally, often separating parents and young children.

Pete goes over some of the same ground, with added images and documents, that I’ve been covering about him lately and which I won’t repeat here, as this post is to memorialize some of the new details he reveals and how these tie into my other past reports.
Pete has previously spoken about the facility in Port Washington, Maryland where he said Barack Obama and his CIA, FBI and NSA directors set up supercomputers to create what he’s called a “parallel NSA” that was used to spy on everyone and that ran the election theft software and where there were servers for 23 child porn websites, the chat rooms of which were used by Black Project operators to communicate with each other.
Securing communications by embedding them on child porn sites is an extreme method that apparently works, because the possession of a single image of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is a serious crime and is absolute grounds for arrest.
This may help explain why federal investigations identified more than 250 Defense Department employees and contractors who allegedly purchased or downloaded child pornography on government-issued computers, 76 of whom held Secret or higher security clearances and it may explain why the Pentagon declined to pursue disciplinary or criminal action against a large percentage of those identified.
Pete then lobs the bombshell that:
“Chief Justice John Roberts has 11 child porn website URLs attributed to his name. That’s where he gets his marching orders. We have evidence of it. And everything I’m about to tell you right now is documented legally.”
Some readers may recall that on January 18, 2021 defamation superlawyer, Lin Wood posted a video deposition from the late Dr Jon McGreevey, a government whistleblower who told him that Chief Justice Roberts adopted his children with the help of Jeffrey Epstein and then he proceeded to use his children to sexually entrap and blackmail powerful people.

Dr McGreevey told Lin:
"Children are often used as a commodity, a way to buy yourself into certain inner circles. And these people are all wealthy, they're all powerful and they won't trust you unless you're as compromised as they are…if everybody's just as dirty, you know you're safe…Children are the payment and the dirt and the control."
Dr McGreevey also relayed how Roberts helped with some logistics in a plot to kill several Supreme Court Justices during Hillary Clinton’s first term, so that she could then pack the Supreme Court with Globalists/Communists. (She never thought she would lose). He claimed that he’d been hired by someone at the office of the Supreme Court to infiltrate the operation and it was largely foiled but unfortunately, Justice Anton Scalia was successfully executed in early 2016.
This may be what Pete was referring to when he told Nino Rodriguez last week, “I know where the evidence is against John Roberts. It’s documented. It was turned in.” . . . .

The IOM based their RDA for vitamin D on an aggregation of 10 supplementation studies, (32 dose protocols) carried out during winter months, at locations above 50th parallel IOM regressed the 32 study averages, dose: plasma ratio On the basis of this, IOM estimated that 600 IU of vitamin D would achieve an average 25(OH)D level of 63 nmol/L Requirements based on correct calculation 8,895 IU of vitamin D per day This dose is well in excess of the current RDA of 600 IU per day and the tolerable upper intake of 4000 IU per day. The public health and clinical implications of the miscalculated RDA for vitamin D are serious. With the current recommendation of 600 IU, bone health objectives and disease and injury prevention targets will not be met. We recommend that the RDA for vitamin D be reconsidered to allow for appropriate public health and clinical decision-making. The Big Vitamin D Mistake https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles... Explanation of the statistical error The "Average" vs. "Individual" Mistake The Institute of Medicine’s goal was to find a vitamin D dose that ensures 97.5% of individual people reach a healthy blood level (50 nmol/L). The statistical error occurred because the IOM analysed the averages of different studies rather than the data of individual participants. They looked at 10 studies and took the average blood levels achieved in those studies. They calculated a statistical range (Confidence Interval) based on those averages. They found that with 600 IU, 97.5% of the study averages would hit the target. The Problem There is much less variation between "averages" than there is between "individuals." By using the averages, the IOM accidentally "smoothed out" the data. They assumed that if the average person in a study was fine, then almost everyone was fine.
The Classroom Analogy Imagine you want to ensure every student passes a test.
The IOM method They looked at the average scores of 30 different classrooms. They set a curriculum so that 97.5% of classrooms would have a passing average. The Reality Even in a classroom with a passing average, there are students who fail.
The Correction To ensure 97.5% of students pass, you have to look at the lowest-performing students, not the class average.
The Consequence When the authors of this paper re-calculated the numbers using the variation of individuals (rather than study averages), they found that the current RDA of 600 IU does not cover 97.5% of the population. Instead, it only ensures that 97.5% of people reach a blood level of 26.8 nmol/L (far below the target of 50 nmol/L). To actually get 97.5% of the population to the healthy target of 50 nmol/L, the math suggests you would need a dose of 8,895 IU per day.

So I’ve got some good news and some bad news.
I’ll give you that news in just a minute, but, first, I need to do a recap for any readers just now tuning in. Regular readers, please bear with me, or just skip down to below the Spiegel image, because a bit of repetition follows.
OK, here we go with the recap.
As I explained in my previous column a few days ago, Germany’s supreme court has refused to issue a ruling on my appeal to overturn the overturning of my acquittal on bogus “hate crime” charges.
So that’s it. My “hate crime” conviction stands.
The “hate crime” is the cover artwork of my book, The Rise of the New Normal Reich: Consent Factory Essays, Vol. III (2020-2021). I can’t show you a picture of the book, because, if I did, the authorities would probably send the police to raid my home again, and terrorize my wife, and our cats, as they did in November of 2025.
So, instead, as in my previous column, here’s a picture of an issue of Der Spiegel.
My book cover art is more or less exactly like that, except the swastika on my book is behind a medical-looking mask, instead of a German flag, as on the Spiegel cover. The German authorities are not prosecuting Der Spiegel. They are prosecuting me, because I compared them to the Nazis, instead of comparing the AfD to the Nazis.
OK, that’s the recap. Now, the good news, and the bad news.
The bad news is, I am now, officially, a criminal, with a criminal record, in Germany. And my book is officially a crime in Germany. Selling my book is a crime in Germany. Advertising my book is a crime in Germany. Reading my book is a crime in Germany.
I am the publisher of this criminal book, and I live and work in Germany, and thus, I have no choice but to withdraw the book from distribution.
If I do not withdraw it, the German authorities will prosecute me, over and over, and they’ll send the police to raid my home, and terrorize my wife, and our cats, over and over, and impose fines on me until I am totally bankrupt, or possibly even send me to prison. And it’s not just my wife and the cats I’m thinking about. I have been dealing with these tyrants for going on three years now, which has taken up a lot of my time and energy, and caused a lot of stress, which probably contributed to the illness that put me in the hospital recently.
