The world is at a dangerous crossroads. In the post Cold War Era, East-West Dialogue has been scrapped.

At the juncture of the most serious crisis in modern history: Is “Peaceful Coexistence” and Diplomacy between Russia and the West an Option?

In late August, CIA Director John Ratcliffe flew to Russia on an Air Force C-17 “Globemaster III” heavy-lift transport plane. He reportedly met his Russian intelligence counterparts,

without immediately disclosing the nature of the visit. His concern was not the danger of escalation. His intent “consisted in blackmailing the Kremlin while offering nothing but hot air in return”.

We are at a dangerous crossroads. Russia is expected “to hold back”, despite routine NATO attacks directed against civilian targets inside Russia, in the course of the last five years.

Constructive Debate and Dialogue is crucial.

Can East-West Dialogue be Restored as a Means to Avoiding a Third World War?

There is a sense of urgency. Military escalation could potentially lead humanity into nuclear war.

The first priority is to restore dialogue and diplomatic channels.

A Peace Initiative is required.

Dear Colleagues and Friends of CEIMSA,

It’s a Marxian axiomatic tenet that the ruling ideology of any historical period is nothing more than ideas emanating from the ruling class; a corollary to this axiom posits that all ideologies are mental constructs used to conceal the true meaning of observable events, and which usually point to the diametrically opposite meaning as a final explanation.

This rule of thumb, claimed by Karl Marx, might be useful when we consider the degenerate banality of evil that has preceded full-blown corporatism, in its most destructive form. To give only three examples from 20^th century social history: there is the German artist Gorge Groß (1893-1959), known for his caricatural drawings and paintings of Berlin life in the 1920s, who demonstrated he had an eye trained to see behind the veil of German propaganda during the rise of Fascism in Berlin. As a prominent member of the Berlin Dada and New Objectivity groups during the Weimar Republic, he produced merciless depictions of the hypocrisy and complicity of “the silent majority” before the Nazi seizure of power. Then there was Antonio Gramsci (1891-1937), another dissident during the corporate regime of Mussolini’s Italy in the 1920s. He also saw through the ruling class propaganda of his day to expose the contradictions and deceits which served as foundation for cultural hegemony in Italy, for which he was imprisoned in 1926, and remained in prison until shortly before his death. A third example is found in the United States, where a dissident voice appeared within the US Military, when Brigadier General Smedley D. Butler (1881-1940), helped to foil a corporatist coup d’état against President Franklin D. Roosevelt, after winning the presidential election of 1932. The cultural matrix of today’s world is largely one of authoritarianism and deception. In the period of the bourgeois revolution, “individual mobility” and “equal opportunity” were optimistic slogans which often received lip service. As historian Christopher Hill noted in his 1972 book, The World Turned Upside Down: Radical Ideas During the English Revolution, in reference to the 17^th century English revolution, the culture dictated the notion that: “A cat can look at a king!” Telescoping into the future, to the mid-20^th century, I can recall the mantra used by my public elementary school teachers: “It's not what you have that is important, but how you use what you have.” These fundamental democratic principles have been greatly diminished in our popular culture today, as we are periodically reminded in the corporate media how "successful" figures like Bill Gates, Elon Musk, and Peter Thiel, etc. have "exceptionally high IQs" (forgetting that the historical origins of IQ tests around 1905, as a military tool in France used for classifying soldiers, and measuring their readiness to obey orders within the hierarchy during WW I). The cultural hegemony of today seems to be securely in the hands of a corporate elitist class, and their fascist aesthetics, following a narrow linear logic, against democracy and in support of obedience training. We have moved far from the "hail-fellow-well-met" attitude exhibited so often in the last century, the egalitarian assumtion held by so many that: "All but for the grace of god, there go I." These bourgeois cultural values were rebust; and, though largely ficticious, they reflected an ideal which motivated many. The new "realism" is a preparation for class war, and just what class contols this ideological production remains ambiguous. A close reading of Marx suggests that the theory of "historical materialism" and the method of "dialectical matrialism" will ultimately resolve this question and serve to clarify our path forward into the new century.

There is no doubt that societies which have not experienced a bourgeois revolution lack a working-class knowledge of democracy in their culture. A top-down, power-driven, authoritarian social order, in this milieu controled by self-interested elitists, appears to be the only system imaginable, as Barrington More Jr. documents in his famous study, The Social Origins of Dictatorship and Democracy, lord and peasant in the making of modern democracy (1966).

The 26+ items below are critical articles and essays taken from contemporary Anglophone social media which discuss the pressing issues which are evolving in the midst of received ideas spewed out constantly by corporate, 4-profit propaganda sources around the world. The criticisms, comments, and analyses contained in the publications below reflect the complex realities behind the massive propaganda campaign led by a powerful dictatorship of the corporate capitalist class against any voluntary democratic association beyond its control.

The American Revolution has left cultural traces and popular traditions of democratic zeal in its wake; but it appears to be, as yet, an unfinished democratic project!

END THE WHOLE WAR SYSTEM

The War System is defined by the Pentagon as “Full Spectrum Domination”.

TheWar System is rooted in a culture of patriarchy, command, hierarchy,

fear, impunity, greed, deceit, theft, debt and ultimately violence and

killing.

The War System purpose is to maintain, or change, the existing political and

economic power realities, themselves often established by war and violence.

The Peace System aspires to “Full Spectrum Cooperation.”

Peace envisions gender rebalancing in decision making, democracy,

restorative justice, accountability, honesty and oftenreparations.

Culture of Domination, injures nearly everyone.

Trauma is endemic, even for the victors with blood on their hands.

(slightly revised draft of UNION Option 2028..., seeking critical and collaborative response)

On the occasion of my 90th birthday I have been reshaping ideas I previously offered in SDS Basecamp, without much response , except for a note of my burst of energy and another reply that could not see how an imaginative new idea could get off the ground.

This is an outline of a bottom up political strategy: focused on the 2028 United States Presidential and Congressional elections.

UNION Option 2028 anticipates that there will be (could be) a coming political opening for an independent perspective, with wide disaffection from the Trumpists and what ever clones they will be offering, and also disaffection with the likely continuing lock-grip of Democratic Party centralists on mainstream options.

"UNION" refers to the workers' union solidarity, deeper than differences, and to the spiritual unity of yin-yang, the creative and receptive, in the processes of change.

UNION was made into an acronym: the "Unlimited Network Integrating Our Nations".

UNION was first envisioned as an independent political initiative in the 1976 Bicentennial Election.

The UNION Option 2028 is all of us, "the big us", getting together, being tolerant and generous about our differences and pressing an inclusive equitable diverse common program good for everyone, (Even overturning the Oligarchy would be good for the souls of the super rich.)

This letter was initiated in the SDS Basecamp discussion, "There must be a better way." I am also sending copies to those with whom I work in the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom, and other old friends and comrades. I hope for your thoughts and responses toward collaboration. I hope you will extend its circulation for wider engagement.

I call it the UNION Option 2028. because there is an Option, provided people cooperate to create it..

The basic mission is in a leaflet I circulate at demonstrations and where I can: "End the Whole War System...system change is the human need" ...I attach it for your reading.

The UNION Option 2028 is one of "System Change" in 2028 ...the human need.

I remember SDS President Paul Potter's 1965 imperative in his speech at the First National March Against the Vietnam War:

"We must 'Name the System' to confront it and to change it"!

I observe that we in our SDS continuations never really did name the system: Capitalism, Imperialism, Colonialism, Neo-liberalism...were all there, though with lots of fuzzy edges and varied definitions .

Union Option 2028 introduces an approach different from the general economic system predispositions. (without in any way minimizing any of them.)

The Union Option 2028 begins by considering "the System" as a System of Power, ultimately ending in and producing War. Name it a "War System." Over the ages war has been its product. The War System is rooted in a culture of patriarchy, hierarchy, command, impunity, fear, deceit, greed, debt, violence, killing and ultimately War. It has been in place and evolving for about 5000 years. There was another more balanced system before this, one which still maintains in many indigenous communities.

The War System's purpose is to maintain, or change, the existing political and economic power relations, themselves often established by war and violence. The United States Pentagon calls its vision and purpose "Full Spectrum Domination." It permeates society, characterizing the authority system of father knows best in the family, the head men in the school, the bosses in the factory and "MAGA" these days in politics, with moderating reforms introduced here and there as victories of struggle. In the economy it is now called Capitalism and in international relations it is called Imperialism, It used to be called Empire, before that Feudalism, all the same system of power: "Might makes Right."

We, our 4 generations now alive, inherited this system, We didn't create it, We are variously implicated in it. It is our Right, Privilege, Choice, our Option to change it or to try, as best we can

Union Option 2028 is the invitation for system change. We need a system change. Consider "Full Spectrum Cooperation" as the principle of a new system, ever struggling for recognition, This can best be named the "Peace System" ... "Right makes Might".

Within this view, our advocacy should be, as "peacemakers", to change power relations This involves an agenda of economic conversion of the war economy better to meet human needs, diplomatic agreements to cooperate in a multipolar ecologically conscious world, and ending and repairing the injustices left from the past wars, including reparations in many cases. ... beginning for America with the wars against the Native American Nations, and the Mexican war, recognizing traditional land titles, and the still incomplete reconstruction after the Civil War and slavery, and the Spanish-American War revisiting the Monroe Doctrine and our relations with Cuba, and more recently the Korean War and Vietnam War and 9-11 "wars against terrorism" up to the invasion of Venezuela. End the wars of now and put the past to right, as best we can.

Ours should be among the voices calling for a World Peace Meeting, all parties at the PeaceTable. Ukraine, Russia, NATO, Palestine, Israel, Iran, Congo, Sudan, India, Pakistan, Myanmar. the Koreas, China, Taiwan, and of course, the United States.

I happily add, toward the objective of a Peace Meeting, we have a Peace Table: No peace without a meeting, and no meeting without a table. The table was made by workers in the Splinter Group cooperative shop in 1975. It was made beautifully of cherry wood, Receptive for the task, where Art describes the rising of vision above the grounded "square of what is," where people's minds, too much, are circumscribed in the confines of racism, materialism, militarism and nationalism, uplifted in the energies of the 4 directions to the "circle of community that is to be." It is a Table fit for many sittings, easy to see and reach across, to share food and talk, rooted in long peace efforts including in 1999 The Hague Appeal for Peace and the Agenda for Peace and Non-Violence in the 21st Century. . The "new age after the wars" will better unfold as external threats (and phobias) are sufficiently removed to diminish justifications for internal repressions.

In the 1976 Bicentennial election 50 years ago a UNION proposal for then sketched 10 pictures, "Artists and Easels", seeking to overview the basic reforms and changes called for in the many movements active all over the country: inviting each voice in the unlimited network integrating our nations to add its particulars. Still relevant I repeat the titles of each picture to fill out::

>"Piloting spaceship earth" is our first task: correcting the consequences of past development, living on the fossil fuels of the dead past that are now suffocating the whole life system

>"Swords into plowshares" is the requirement to shift priorities from war making to peace making, nourishing the human community.

>"Our way of life" would refocus on labor sovereignty,, good work, old age, stable population and a modest and adequate standard of living

>"A free economy of full employment" shifting from from bureaucratic explorative authority to democratic authority promoting right livelihood

>"An invisible hand you love to touch" would de-financialize the banker economy in favor of a fair standard of value

>"It's about time" would deal with corporation reform and the legislative bill of particulars to disempower the oligarchy.

>"Using our head"s would emphasize knowledge, education and social pioneers in improving past practices

>"Government of, by and for the people" would emphasize democracy and decentralization

>"With liberty and justice for all" would reform the legal system and end mass incarceration

>"An American dream" would be to end imperialism and have the United States be an equal and a benefactor among nations.

The UNION Option approach encourages a bottom up drawing together and combining of the political programs of each of the peace and justice and people's movements, all of which are strong and many world wide,

The inclusive system change Agenda would include the United States accepting the Treaty for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, peace efforts in each of the many wars now hot or just simmering, Environmental protection and renewable energy development, ending geo-engineering and chem-trail atmospheric poisoning, rebalancing gender relations in decision making, advancing Human rights, Women's rights, Gay and Trans-gender rights, Civil and Black and Chicano rights, Immigrant rights, union and worker rights, student rights, Farmers' rights, land reform and good food, welfare reform, permaculture, health care and children's health, affordable housing, and more, including local government democracy and the struggle for "reclaiming the commons" which has been my focus in recent years... ..There is not a problem, cause, vision or identity that does not have its constituency, each building over 3 and 4 generations. Our human networks of personal relations extend likely into every precinct in America.

One element in the system change Agenda would certainly be undoing the Trumpist disasters, from melting ICE away, restoring fundings to parks, education, health, civil service and foreign aid, purging political appointments, inviting wrongly deported immigrants to return and un-defacing buildings of the Trump name and his monumentalism.

The UNION Option 2028 is not top down from any organization central. It is based on energizing the underlying fungal network of relations, recognitions and nurturant mycelia connecting our many movements. It is not based on money and donations,though such would likely follow. It is based on love and trust, personally telling your friends and family, coworkers and compatriots, networks and nodes: There is a UNION Option in 2028. A new government is possible, based on Peace, and empathy, caring and compassion, helping and healing, being done with War, beginning "Full Spectrum Cooperation".

It might just take off, It might become the new voice of a Democratic Party finding itself. It wouldn't begin on the TV with million dollar ads or glossys in the mailbox. More, people would be invited directly, over the back fence by a neighbor's daughter, asking your ideas, or a social media pop up, or a letter you would send to those you know....as I am attempting here.

Each of us old codgers, and codger-esses, has been involved in one or another or many of these struggles and has something to offer. (None of us, everything, in this piecemeal view) This is a proposal that we pool our knowledges and seek the same from each of the other generations, organizations and faces of the struggle. This is a call for bridge building among movements and a vision of collective leadership,

If: if this approach were pursued over the next two years, by the summer of 2028 we could see the capacity for an independent challenge to both the Democratic Party mainstream and post Trump Republican leadership. Those who were and had become most effective in drawing together this collective leadership would stand out as challengers to the mainstreams, able to gather not a just a better candidacy for President, but better a model of new government based on movement based cooperative leadership, in each of the Cabinet Departments of Government and in the Presidency itself. "Full Spectrum Cooperation" would be the motto on the wall, the ideal of the Peace System, as a model for government , and also for family, school, workplace and community....

This is the UNION idea of an unlimited network integrating our nations, seeking solidarities deeper than differences and affirming a yin-yang spiritual unity of humanity challenging the ultimate inhumanity and violence of the War System and its minions who are preparing for World War III and fascist rule by cult.

Just about everyone (except the ruling elites, plutocrats and generals) are experiencing a broken system in their daily lives, whether in health, housing, on the farm, workplace, school, safety, wherever...even in the military. System change is an idea widely understandable. War is the dominating reality, terrifyingly terminating in potential. System change, ending the war system and beginning peace, can have wide appeal in all sectors, with precise well grounded bills of particulars and diverse experienced leaderships

A summer 2028 convention-like virtual gathering process could shape the new system, a better government alternative to the mainstream parties and powers... assuming this process develops a collective momentum, and if not, then we're back to dealing with the existing options. Ideally, it would provide a framework for promoting local City, State and Congressional and Senate Platforms as well as the Presidency and New System Vision of cooperation instead of domination.. It would formulate "Program 2029," beginning a new government of 4 year transition to an America, and world, good for everyone, even to redeeming the sin sick souls of the Oligarchs and old Warriors.

A beginning effort would be for those knowledgeable in the different war realities to gather the practical proposals to move each of the conflicts from their battlefields to the negotiating tables and call for an independent Civil Society World Peace Meeting, urging Cease Fire on the "War Makers" on all sides, and inviting them to hear and consider a "Peacemaker Proposal" to end the War System as a whole. The Peace Option can be a first thing to put forward in the Union Option 2028. However the War Makers would respond, the People would see that War is not the only way.

UNION is a better Option and ideally it could gather support from all quarters, each direction trying the rise out of its enclosing square of militarism, racism, materialism and nationalism up to the circle of community, the commons and commonwealth, Some fusion would be most beautiful, gathering and focusing the energies of each for all.

I thought I would share the responses I made to the "too heavy a lift" comment from the SDS network. and an appreciation from a friend with an effort to summarize. I have another response from a friend working in the Democratic Party to support the more progressive candidates. This effort is not to create a new organization, it is to promote a bottom up orientation and collaboration . I appreciate your thinking and could develop a next draft if clarifications are needed.

Al - I think it’s too heavy of a lift. I think there has been some success in using existing party structure - which is loose - to move things forward and without unity between left Dems and centrist Dems - much as I loathe some of them - when the chips are down we hand everything over to the GOP. I don’t see how some newly imagined plan gets off the ground. I think Bernie made a breakthrough that is being built on.

Hello Bruce...yours, so far, has been the only Basecamp reply to my Union Option 2028 proposal, and not too encouraging..

It is "too heavy a lift" only if only too few people are lifting. UNION Option 2028 is anticipating a situation developing where from all sectors of society there will be a recognition of "the system is broken" and system change will be a credible thought especially if given some reinforcements before the last minute...like beginning now.

The movements are all strong and the situations energizing them are only getting worse, the rising fascism and authoritarian experience of government, the rural impoverishment, the health system unable to provide Medicare for all, even it could be approved, the schools will still be starving for funds and fake education like Prager University will be replacing Sesame Street on the disappearing PBS, and the wars will still be endless building golden domes, data centers and nuclear bomb ignition pits, etc.

The idea of a peace system promoting cooperation and healing could become quite attractive facing the full spectrum dominance of the Pentagon

Big picture system change toward cooperation could be an encouragement for the separate movements with special individually focused agendas to seen the benefits of Common Cause in working together, and likewise with each of the separate identities and generational perspectives...if promoted over the next two years, slowly, through our networks. you writing to your 50 or a hundred friends and asking them to do the same. etc.

Not too heave a lift.

And if the Democratic Party does recover its heart and Ro Khanner becomes the next speaker the house, the the new Senate finds its courage to undue the Trumpian tax cuts

these peace system efforts will only be supporting. If the centrist continue their decades long hold on the Party, the peace system, end the wars and make "full spectrum cooperation" a motto on the wall.

"some newly imagined plan gets off the ground" by spreading the proposal through our networks, including yours, in every movement and cause we can reach toward some encouraging cooperation. As a first endeavor, the UNION option proposes gathering those knowledgeable about the different wars to formulate practical moves for cease fire and off the battle field to the peace tables, elevating the awareness that there is a Peace Option and promoting a world peace meeting, as there is now a petition to Pope Leo to initiate such a call.

And if there's no resonance, then we are back to where we are.

Please give some further consideration.

I remember the purpose of sds is/was to change the world

I was told the meaning of "Basecamp" was a gathering point, staging area of revolutionary insurgents, or mountain climbers, planning and gathering supplies

Too heavy of a lift... only if you are lifting alone

UNION Option 2028 projected a 2 year plan, for a 4 year plan "Program 2029" for a long climb.

No one in base camp seemed interested enough to reply,

The corporate capitalist imperialist exploitative system is failing nearly everyone except the corporate capitalist imperial exploiters at the top of the patriarchal hierarchical command system of impunity deceit, greed, fear, debt violence and War.

Some of the failed turn to hate and blame and see others of the failed as enemy and subject themselves to the divide and conquer strategy of the corporate capitalist imperial exploiters, feuling white nationalism, homophobia, islamophobia, anti-senitism, immigrant bashing, proud boy fascism

Some of the failed blame themselves and live in depression or self-anthetisation in drugs or alcohol

Most of the failed look to solutions to the problems most affecting them, and associate with endeavors of reform, in the schools, factories, farms, health care, military, wherever the system failure problem hurts worst

Some see that the whole system of power we have inherited is unjust and a better way is possible...and we are doing it, to make a better way.

...that is us, the big us,

...if we would see ourselves together, that is the big if.

UNION Option 2028 presumes there is an underlying network of human connections, trust, careing and sharing, helping as in families and friendships and workplace cooperation.

This, by analogy, is like the underlying life system of mycelia in the fugal networks of nurturance that feeds the vegetation all around us on which we live and whose beauty we relish.

Only the most alienated and isolated survive without this network of human connection

The UNION Option 2028 is to see this network as our strengths and to activate and make it more conscious.

For each person. no heavy lift, only to remind and stimulate the consciousness of one's own connections, that they carry on and stimulate each their own, and on and on in time, over the next two years, that we are all connected.

And there is a connection beyond any of us and that there are levers of power we could use in union to change the power system and bring all the reforms together, especially to shift from war to peace as the mission of our collective world.

The recognition of the broken system is widespread.

To follow from SDS beginnings, the Paul Potter direction to "name the system" that has failed as a "war system", with war overhanging all of us, whatever our particular system breaks are, will not be such a big reach of consciousness.

And the demands of war on people's money and consciousness should make "obvious" the war system is the problem

So a first, and doable task is to gather in crowdsourcing collaboration the people among us who know the wars from the peace perspective, and to generate the Peace Option, what in each war...they are named...could generate a cease fire and move the conflict from the battlefield to the peace table

And to call the war makers to hear it...

Settle for some success using the existing party structure, without unity between the Left Dems and the centists.

UNION Option 2028 would strengthen that possibility, gathering the movements and focusing the demands for system change, and influencing the vocabulary, of what people are thinking about for 2028

The chips are down and either, again the Democratic Party powers hand everything over to the Grand Old Party, or we, some we, now begin organizing, with such capacity as we have in the SDS Basecamp and with other allies and compatriots over the years, and begin preparing for the next choice point, should we survive the coming midterm elections. That choice point will be the 2028 elections when Trump and his cult will be up for change.

People might be ready for change.

The UNION Option 2028 intends to offer an option in 2028, drawing all our movements together indivisible in every state, inclusive, equitable and diverse, all welcome to bring agenda from the war system of militarized full spectrum dominance and endless war to a peace system, recognizing we are all in the same boat here on earth and the life system needs our cooperative attention, full spectrum cooperation.

Maybe offering, making the option will stimulate a shift in consciousness, a jumping from seeing in the eyes of the war system and who is winning, to another way of seeing, how do we cooperation to deal with climate and environmental imperatives and how do we cooperate to share and care and help and heal from the wars.

Putting forward a Peace Option is a good objective. As Jeffrey Sachs so well said there is no need or any good reason for any of the wars, there is enough for everyone.

Gather the knowledge and experience peace people have in the different wars, and present a cease fire peace plan from the battlefields to the peace tables on each and all fronts of the war ..

There are people who have studied and can apply basic principles of non violence and accountability and increased justice. Ukraine-Russia-NATO-US, Israel-Palestine, Palestine- Israel, Lebanon, Syria, Iran, Afghanistan, India-Pakistan-Kashmir, Myanmar, Sudan, Congo, Venezuela, Cuba, China-Taiwan , applying international law and the principles of non-violent conflict resolution, human rights, truth and reconciliation with attention to each local situation.

There are people who could over a few months consult on some working language in each case, It is not such a big lift from those knowledgeable about each war situation, UNION Option 2028 is a request to those who know to combine your knowledges.

And as that is being done,generate a Call from "Civil Society" to "the War Makers" to meet, and to hear the Peace Option.

Make a World Peace Petition. Call the Pope and world leaders to call "the war makers" to the peace tables. Envision a meeting logistics committee for a world peace meeting.

Make use of the artistic "historic from 1999" peace table.

Envision a kit design for the peace table to be made available for the peace meetings for each war

Beyond a peace option 2028, the union option 2028 would be initiate a full system change,

every place in the broken systems has its crusades for system repair and creation of better.

UNION Option 2028 is to gather all these crusaders and crusades in a common system change program with the unifying principle of cooperation not domination. .

The crux of the problem is

Join in the imagining how make it better and clearer, and even a shorter version, which Tony Burduk provided in draft.

Robert Reich in his edifying "Shitification of Everything" Essay laid out the legislative process by which the corporate capitalist exploitative imperial economy took power,

and by extension, the legislative program necessary to take public control of the cartel economy and oligopoly.

In every area there are articulations of necessary programs, "Warheads to Windmills, Farmageddon and land protection, environment and geo-engineering, social housing. universal health care, Everything for everybody, put it all out there, let all voices be heard and included. ...with a reallocated military budget to pay for human needs.

Samuel Bagenstos. experienced in the government is calling for shaping PROGRAM 2029, what would a victorious new government do, should the Republics be beaten. A 4 year transition program to accomplish all that is possible.

UNION Option 2028 would contribute to that process.

When 67 years ago, 1959, some "we" made a decision to make sds, an organization for democratic society, and I undertook in my own mind to help build an organization to change the world, and others continued and 67 years later ...

I gather my best thinking, on how to change to world, now and write a plan, ideas, and wait with anxious anticipation .... and silence

UNION proposes Full Spectrum Cooperation as the principle of a new system — a Peace System grounded in human needs, ecological responsibility, diplomacy, justice, and shared agency. “Right makes Might.” This includes converting war industries to economic production, repairing past injustices, and building cooperative international relations.

A Call for a Civil Society World Peace Meeting:

UNION urges a global Peace Table where all parties in current conflicts — Ukraine/Russia, Palestine/Israel, India/Pakistan, China/Taiwan, Sudan, Congo, the Koreas, and the United States — sit down to negotiate. Civil society would convene the meeting and present a “Peacemaker Proposal” to move conflicts from battlefields to negotiating tables.

A Bottom‑Up Strategy for 2028:

UNION Option 2028 imagines a two-year process in which movements, communities, and generations combine their programs into a shared “system change” agenda. By summer 2028, this could produce:

A collective leadership emerging from cooperation across movements

A challenge to mainstream political options

A model of new governance rooted in cooperative leadership across all departments

A “Program 2029” for a four‑year transition toward a Peace System

This is not driven by money or media. It spreads through relationships, conversations, local circles, and shared commitments.

In recent days, several high-level regional diplomatic initiatives have signalled an effort to revive US-Iran negotiations.

Pakistan’s army chief, Field Marshal Asim Munir, travelled to Tehran last month, followed by the foreign ministers of Oman and Qatar, each seeking to preserve the Islamabad memorandum of understanding signed by US President Donald Trump and his Iranian counterpart, Masoud Pezeshkian, in June.

According to Iranian officials, Tehran delivered a consistent message to all three mediators: Washington should return to the Islamabad memorandum and work towards ending the wars across all regional fronts as the basis for renewed negotiations.

Yet while Iran and Oman have reached an agreement to open a temporary new shipping route through the Strait of Hormuz, Washington rejected Tehran’s proposal to return to the Islamabad agreement, and resumed military escalation by striking rocket launchers on Larak Island.

Iran responded with missile attacks on US bases in Jordan, reinforcing the cycle of confrontation, and signalling that the US remains more committed to coercion than diplomacy.

Following a recent exchange on X with an entity calling itself ‘Faceless’ we’re becoming aware of what seems to be yet another new move to rewrite covid history – this time by conflating the very legitimate safety questions surrounding the untested and unnecessary ‘vaccines’ , which may well be killing thousands right now, with utterly baseless claims of ‘Gain of Function’ and lab leaks.

Given the amount of potential suffering the vax-harmed may already have endured, this looks like a new low in the ongoing effort to conceal the genocidal crimes of those who invented and promoted the fake ‘pandemic’.

The victims of the toxic jabs and those trying to support them could essentially end up being manipulated into getting on board with something promoted as being a push for justice and truth – but which is really a cover-up for the very ones who harmed them.

Just a reminder for everyone –

there is NO evidence there was ever a new and deadly pathogen of any kind – let alone one manufactured in a lab or leaked from one.

That has to be the baseline we start from.

Let’s also remember the ‘lab-leak’ story has been publicised by such well-known anti-establishment outlets as the BBC, (since 2021) the Wall Street Journal, the Guardian and the CIA (see the first BBC link). So, characterizing it as some covered up ‘Big Truth’ is almost as grotesque a lie as covid itself.

It’s anything but ‘covered up’. It’s been amplified since the early weeks of the psy-op, first in order to ‘deny’ it and then later to suggest it might be true after all. It could not be more obviously the fallback narrative, there to win over the doubters and sceptics of the ‘wet market’ story. – ‘Ok, you got us, this very real and deadly virus wasn’t about bats after all – it was a lab-leak, gee you’re smarter than we thought’.

Anyone promoting this line, even if they are doing it in good faith (as I’m sure most are), are at the same time actively promoting the interests of the liars and frauds who initiated this psy-op.

So, am I saying GoF research doesn’t happen?

No, I’m not. Though you can bet that will be a common accusation (I mean it’s a handy strawman isn’t it).

Let’s be absolutely crystal clear at this point – of course GoF research happens and anyone who says it doesn’t is not facing reality.

We can be absolutely sure of this because there is not one single aspect of potential exploitation that doesn’t have money thrown at it, and nothing so gross and evil that some government lab somewhere isn’t looking into how it could be used for profit.

And the system is so corrupt that even if there are in fact no viruses or no possibility of manipulating them there would still be ‘gain of function’ research happening everywhere because there’s a ton of money to be made even in bogus made-up pseudo-science.

Are there potentially deadly new viruses all locked away in labs somewhere?

Well, sure, if it’s possible to create such things (is it? There seems to be no firm data on that) then – yes, for sure there are. Why wouldn’t there be?

But however real those things might be they are not relevant to what ‘covid’ was.

Because – let’s keep saying it – ‘covid’ was a LIE.

It was an imaginary deadly virus made up out of manipulated statistics, fake tests and the hypnotic power of simply inventing a new name.

And you can’t leak an imaginary deadly virus. You can’t manipulate one in a lab either.

But you CAN make up stories about that to cover up your lie.

Remember the one inadmissible thing about ‘covid’ is that it never existed.

The agenda managers will try anything, ‘admit’ anything, seed any rumour rather than risk more people realising that simple truth.

Including investing money in phony entities whose single purpose is to sell the essential lie re-shaped into ‘the real truth’.

So. let’s remain aware of this new move and the entities pushing it.

New vaccination data obtained by RCR, alongside emails released earlier this year, reveal that 311,257 teenagers received a second dose of the Covid vaccine after officials and Vaccine Ministers had been advised of the increased risk of myocarditis following a second dose in young people.

An email from Dr Ian Town, the Covid-19 Vaccine Technical Advisory Group (CV TAG) chair, dated 12 August 2021, shows the group’s advice on myocarditis risk and the recommended dosing schedule for 12 to 17-year-olds had been accepted by Director-General of Health Ashley Bloomfield and communicated “in detail” to the Vaccine Ministerial Group

The ‘Vaccine Ministers’ was an informal group with no terms of reference that was set up to help govern the management of New Zealand’s portfolio of Covid-19 vaccines, including the immunisation programme rollout.

Cabinet delegated decision-making authority to the Vaccine Ministers on certain aspects of the Covid-19 Immunisation Programme. Members were Chris Hipkins, Minister for Covid-19 Response and chair of the group; Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern; Finance Minister Grant Robertson; Health Minister Andrew Little; and Associate Health Ministers Dr Ayesha Verrall, Aupito William Sio and Peeni Henare.

The new data, along with the emails, helps join the dots about who knew what, when, and reveals the extraordinary scale of the teen population that subsequently received two doses.

Additionally, OIA documents obtained and reported on over several years, including in The People’s Position, The People’s Report and RCR’s myocarditis timeline, have documented discussions among CV TAG about myocarditis and pericarditis – including the elevated risk following a second dose, alongside consideration of vaccination schedules for young people.

What happened to the public messaging?

One day after the Vaccine Ministers had been advised of the risk, public messaging explaining that the dosing interval was being extended from three to six weeks due to the risk of myocarditis, was rapidly withdrawn and redrafted to exclude the reasoning.

An email on 13 August to Ian Town from an unidentified official whose name was redacted, stated:

This message has the potential to undermine things for at least a couple of reasons. One, the antivaxxers are all over myocarditis,

two the reverse could be true, three, there is no evidence by way of association studies yet.”

Combined with information previously released, the exchange raises serious questions about the lack of transparency and informed consent being afforded to the public as the teenage vaccination programme expande. . . . (con’d)
